disconnects, makes us telemarketers look bad

This person calls my house a few times a day. It comes up as CTI. I have tried to call it back and all I get is a busy signal. My husband answered for me and asked if he could take a msg. and they said they could only talk to me. He said I am her husband and you can talk to me and they ***g up.

I've been getting phone calls from them for months.  I've filed a complaint with my state atty. general as well as the California Atty. General.  I suggest that everyone do the same (at least California).

If my wife answers, like several times a day, they **** up if I"m not home, then 15 minutes later the phone rings and this continues for up to 2 hours..  If I am home they want to talk to me.  I've told them numerous times I'm not interested, but they continue to call.  Tonight my wife tried to talk to them, he kept interrupting her and the guy named Steve told her that he would put her on a list so that everyone would call her constantly. Then he ***g up.

I got this same call to my business.   Usually what they do is call and ask for a certain person.  They will repeatedly call you even if you say no one is here at that name.   What I did is told them they got the wrong number then called back the number on my caller id  1-949-752-2877.  You will get repeated busy signals.  At a certain point in between calls you will get thru and hear them dialing out.  When you hear the dialing wait a few seconds after dialing is completed and say "hello."   They will****ume you are the person they are calling.  What I did is tell them I was the person they were calling.  They then went on to say how much money I could have made if I invested with them.  I strung him along and got his name and what he said was his phone number to call him back because i said I was going into a meeting.  I insisted that I do not do business with a company who will not give me a phone number.  Finally he gave me a number to call him back.  1-877-205-1445.  I also got his alleged name BILL JAMESON REP OF CTI.  Play with these punks and eventually they will go away.  Also I encourage all to report these ****s to the FTC.

Ok, so this number 949 752 2875 is the same crew behind 949 752 2877, and probably a bunch of other numbers in that block.  Now they seem to rotate this pool of lines, but if you call them back (try each of the numbers) you will hear them trying to dial out.Say*****o - the **** behind the phone will think he just called someone.  He asks for whatever name his screen tells him to 'cause he thinks he just called you.This is fun.  Keep doing it.  You get the same guy each time and it seems he has to shut down the line and move to another to get rid of you.  Fun.  He wouldn't say what the company was or why they were calling me, but I did run through this very short cycle with the a**hole several times as he kept expecting me to be Dave, Jim, and several other names.  He also told me that I wouldn't understand when I asked him what the company was.This guy could be great entertainment if we got a list of enough of his numbers together :)

Calls and ****s up.  Line is off the hook if I try to call back.   Definitely an actual living dirt-bag on the other end, not a computer because you can here him panic and **** up.

I also got a call from CTI but from 949-752-2875.It's apparently some kind of scam stockbroking company.

Calls every day, ****s up after 4 rings.  Call comes is as 'CTI'.  Probably a fake name.
