Got a call from Clyde Morgan at this number on Februay 5th. Gave me webistes www.thecompanyofwomen.com and wfg opportunity.com...............thanks for the heads up.
I got my call from Clyde Morgan at 951-237-4529. I know right away that he was working some scam. He is the type of guy who keeps asking questions because must people feel obligated to answer questions. My advise - just **** up.
I also was just called by Clyde this afternoon. I also found it odd that there was not a company name on the VM. I Googled his name and low and behold here I am....... and I am not calling him back. Thanks Everyone.
I got a call from the same schnook, did'nt leave His company name and said he was from ****o. Googled his name and this site popped up. Thanks for saving my time! Down economy ****s!
Thank you so much for the information. I got a call from him today. This time, he mentioned the name of company, but didnot answere what position we will discuss in the "interview". Also, another woman from WFG called me today for the same scam, her # is 7145882518. Both #s have been reported as possible telepests.
Yup, I got a call from Clyde Morgan as well. Can't believe I almost drove down to ****o for a waste of time (my "interview" is tomorrow). Thanks guys. I'm not gonna call to say I can't make it. He tried to waste my time. I'm gonna waste his.World Financial Group ... is basically a pyramid scheme. Sad.
Strange that all the people mention his name as Clyde, but he says his name is MIKE Morgan...I guess my strange feeling was wrong in terms of the cost being $400 to $******cause everyone seem to agree that it cost $100 to get involved in this company. Therefore, I bet it is based on comission and you have NO medical benefits.
This individual is called Mike Morgan from World Financial Group, which parent company is called Egon( Egon could possible be spelled wrong). He found my resume on careerbuilders.com. He invited me to his office in ****o, but I have a stange feel that a cost is involved because he said I must get a license. The cost is probably around $400 to $500. I plan to investigate this company before I decide if I will go to his meeting. I have the srtange feeling it has so****ing to do with insurance.
hey, thanks for posting this info. he called my number too (thank god for google voice) and same thing, no company name just a ***ue careerbuilder.com reference. To answer one of the questions above, yes this is the price you pay for making your resume public on careerbuilder.
LOL if you have to work for a company like WFG "your Merril Lynch" guy didnt call you because he gives a (perfectly understandable) s**t about your ******cks portfolio ... idiot!
I just can't believe how many people make comments before they actually see the real thing. How can you make judgement on a company just because someone else did not succeed or misunderstood what it really is. I was a WFG****ociate, but I decide not to continue with the compmay after 2 months. But I was so impressed with the people that helped me and my wife rolled over my 401k to IRA, my 401k was loosing tons of money like many of you in this Blog, but I was open minded enough to seek other options. These were the only people that approached me, while my Merril Lynch guy did not even give me a call during all the bad things happend in the market the last two years. I've lost over 30% of my retirement. Thanks to WFG, they educated me and helped me to diversify my funds, now I really understand my money. Be a little more wise and courteous before you ruin other's name, and do more research and common sense before you jump into conclusion about one company's good name. Do you really think that SEC and Department of Insurance and all of the product provider are so ****** that they continue to let this company operate business? I think all of you in this blog are just so much smarter than these regulator and insurance companies.
I just got a message from that guy too. He finds us through Career builder. Is this the price we must pay for making our resumes public?
Ditto. Guy is ******
These Aegon/WFG a**holes never leave the name of the company they represent when they call so that in itself is a red flag. Never return calls if someone requesting an interview can't even bring up the name of the company they represent. Reputable companies that have a proper HR department leave a detailed message about whom they represent and not hide behind a phone number.
Got a voicemail from a Clyde Morgan regarding my Career Builder resume. States he is in ****o Hills, but gave his cell # 951-237-4529. He never mentioned the company he worked for, I looked up his cell # and found several complaints and led me to this site. Clyde works for Aegon, a spin off of World Financial, it's an MLM racket requiring a $100 s**** up fee. Additionally, you must recruit additional people and bring them into the fold, to move up on the ladder...I FIND IT TO BE MOST UNFORTUNATE THAT THESE COMPANIES SOLICIT PEOPLE THAT NEED A JOB, not a pyramid scam.Caller ID: Restricted
got the message tonight from the same guy - thanks for the heads up!

I too received a call from this number and the same name as well. Thank you so much for the information. I wasted my time yes****ay driving down to brea to get ****ered into an information gathering where there wanted a 100 bucks. Its so sad they ****er people in. I have applied at many places so I thought finally I got called back and then it was a huge waste of time. Thanks a***n, now I dont have to waste my time calling him back =)
I got many calls from this company - World Financial - as well. Even after I told them, "I've been to your company and I'm not interested" (I did go there go once and lost $100 for credit check), they would still say so****ing like, "why not? Are you currently not unemployed?"A***n, got another today from Clyde Morgan 951-237-4529..
