I recieved a call from a woman with a heavy Indian accent saying I owed money to a payday loan company from 2006. I never took out a payday loan in 06' either but had inquired about one. They also provided me with the info I had put on the web. The woman wanted me to fax a letter to an "attorney's" office apologizing for not paying it back on time and put my debit card number on the letter and when I would be paying back the company. I argued with the woman but she was very persistant and rude. From what I can tell this is a scam.

Recieved call from man with heavy indian accent asking "is this so and so (me)" I said yes and he ***g up.  The phone then rang a***n from the same number and received a **** up.  I called the number back and they asked my name and looked me up.  They stated that I took out some sort of a payday loan back in 2006.  I remember looking into taking this type of a loan back in 2006 or early 2007 and NEVER executing it.  So they have information that I put in the app, but that's it.  I told the heavy accented indian woman that I never took out any type of payday loan and she said they were going to initiate "charges" a***nst me.  I told her if she had a cancelled check with my signature that I'd like to see it.  I am presuming they will not call back.  Perhaps some company has****umed bad debts of a company that folded and they can't ascertain who they loaned to and who just applied.  Anyhow, rude ignorant indians, that's for sure.

I received a call from number stating charges were pending a***nst me from a cash advance that I suppossedly took out in 2006.  After investigation into my personal bank do***ents I show where this never took place. The person on the other end (very strong indian background) wanted me to fax over a letter of apology and put on the do***ent my debit card and payment schedule without proof of this loan.  The individual (Suzanne McGuire) will not give any information.
