They have made harassing calls and threatening with legal charges and calling my job. Giving false names from false agencies claiming to be law inforcement and lawyers. Stay away from these people.

Alvin Peters called me at home and called my employer looking for me and making a threat of my life that if I did not call or have my attorney to call their office I would pay so I better watch out. He did not say where he was calling from and he has a thick accent maybe of indian decent. He calls before 9:00 a.m. EST. I called the number and blocked out mine and the phone did not ring, then I called back and the phone just rang, the next time I finally got voicemail with a lot of noise in the greeting and the person is female and has a very thick accent. I left a voicemail stating that I wanted the calls to stop. I did my due diligence and found out that others are getting these calls indicating that they owe payday loan debt which is bogus. Some victims of this harassment have found that the calls are coming from India and that the perpetrators are getting pre-paid cell numbers from the U.S. and using a company name of Morgan &****ociates Law Firm.  I found out that this is a California number. I plan on filing a report with the FTC and my local police department as well as the FBI. This person(s) need to be stopped.  THIS IS A SCAM! If you have been putting your information online by making purchase or applying for loans online, these perpetrators could be stealing our iden***ies.  Protect yourself, this appears to have been going on for over 2 years from multiples people, I believe Alvin Peters is a fake name. I think they are using Unknown name and number to block out the number and s****ing other numbers such as877-218-0174, 412-942-0120, 949-333-5558, 509-946-0968, 808-203-2779. They call so much from so many different numbers that they can drop off of your caller id list because it may only hold 30 numbers and as one comes in one drops off of the list.  I hope someone from the FBI reads this and puts an end to these people calling us.
