Case a***nst a family member

The same as everyone else now saying I'm going to be sued because I refuse to sign do***ents

Civil litigation complaint and do***ents filed… gave a case number… then had a recording from a business professional white woman saying I should expect to be home to sign the papers or be prepared to have the survey done to my place of employment.

Same as everyone says. Gave a bunch of random case numbers and said there is a complaint a***nst me. Have called family with same last name. Then a recording came on that said: “Issuing agent will dispatch confirmation if they are unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment in order to stop further action from being taken.“

Same as everyone else saying I have a civil law suit filed a***nst me and If I don't want to go to court to pay in full or due payments. From Jackson and Miles there is no firm with that name plus in Arizona we have a statue of limitations of 6 years

They called a relative and left a message looking for me. Said paperwork will be filed if I don't contact them. Extracted from them that they were with some Civil Litigation outfit. Phishing/Scammers for sure.

This number is calling all of our family members looking for my husband. They s**** calling us every time we make a major purchase like they are wat****g our credit. They say they want to serve him do***ents on a past due student loan from over 30 years ago. 1) my husband nor I have ever taken out a loan for schooling 2) we have no debt that is in any kind of default.

Same as everyone else; they had my first and last name and stated that I was being served "do***ents" and that they needed to be signed for. Also says they'd come to my place of employment. Judging by the rest of the comments I'm going to have to confirm that this is a phishing call.

They calls a family member number by doing the engine search leave you a message saying that papers are being filed and if you don't contact them that they will come to your home and office it's funny because I am the retired for at least 10 years so I don't have employment and why is they calling the family member phone instead of my phone if it's papers to be served so it's a scam

called my daughters cell asking for me (using my maiden name) then similar message left like those above, call back number did not match the number the call originated from.

Said do***ents to be delivered that needed to be signed for. Left a ref # but when he repeated it, he c****ed one if the numbers. Left this number. Called by 2 different local numbers

Asked for my ex mother in law saying a claim has been filed and docs needed to be signed with a claim number and that they'd reach someone at a place of employment or home, didn't leave a company name or anything.

Same as all the other comments. Claim they have do***ents that need to be signed, regarding a complaint. Never ID'd where they were from or what the complaint was about. Threatened to find me at work as well.

Stated a bank I had over 15 years ago is filing a civil complaint to collect a debt from 2010. And this is not true I have called Wells Fargo and stated would not attempt yo collect or sell accounts after 7 years

Like everyone else they claimed to have do***ents that needed to be signed for, they called my mom and my cousins ex wife after they called and left a voicemail on my phone

Called and left message. Also called family members. When I called them, they would not answer questions wanted me to call another number That they had do***ents about a complaint that needed to be signed and would come to my home or office to find me. That I needed to provide them do***ent number.

SAID THERE ARE DO***ENTS TO SIGN FOR MY ***HER(WHO PASSED AWAY 2 YEARS AGO) AND THEY WOULD SHOW UP TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT TO GET THEM SIGNED

Claimed to have a complaint and needed to serve me do***entation. This is a scam. Do not fall for it.

So****ing about do***ents and a complaint

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING A SUMMONS AND BACKGROUND CHECK WAS BEING CONDUCTED ON ME. NO NAME OR AGENCY WAS GIVEN JUST A CASE NIMBER. A WARNING THAT IF I DID NOT CALL BACK THE SAME DAY DO***ENTS WOULD BE FILED WITH THE COURT.

I received a call from this number they did not give their name or agency. They said a summons and background check was being issued to me. If I didn't call back the same day they would come to my work place on file. They left a case number and said do***ents would be filed in court and that this voicemail was proof of delivery of notice. Very ***ue as no company or person was named.

Said that I defaulted on a loan and defrauded a bank on an unpaid debt which is not true but would settle for 10,000 I have dealt with that bank but it's been over 15 years ago

THEY LEFT A VMAIL SAYING THEY NEED TO SPEAK WITH MY RELATIVE ABOUT A CASE NUMBER. IF NOT, OFFICERS WILL BE DISPATCHED TO THE PROPERTY ADDRESS THEY HAVE ON FILE.

Claims to have important do***ents for my ***her to sign. They have to be signed by tomorrow.

Said they had all relatives, friends, neighbors and employers contact info and addresses and I had to pass the message along to my sibling or they would s**** contacting other people.

Left a voicemail saying do***ents are being generated for me to sign for regarding a complaint they received about me. They used my maiden name and said they will try to deliver the do***ents to my house and if they can’t, they will go to my place of employment. A claim number was left but she didn’t even state where she was calling from. I’m not sure what this is about!

Without saying what the call was about the left number to call. They used my middle and maiden name. Claimed they would deliver to workplace do***ents if I didn't call back.

Important do***ents to be served that I would need to sign for tomorrow. When I asked who they are the man said he didn’t know but that it was imperative that I call back today and gave me phone # and reference number. I told him if they want to talk to me for them to call me and I ***g up.

Got a call from another number then they gave me this one with a doc number .I called other number they told me I'm being served tomorrow for a civil suite .

Claiming they have a complaint received about a family member and threatening to show up at my residence and place of employment. Good Luck with that!

I received a voicemail asking me to contact this # and reference a file # regarding do***ents related to my ***her. They refused to identify themselves after I said I was not my ***her, and asked if I was just being nosey.
