said there was a lawsuit a***nst me and I needed to call them back.

I gave them my first and last name; they ***g up. Called a***n and teach “officer” so and so...wanted more than my name. I refused and he ***g up on me. Called a***n to ask to be removed from list and was told “ok”. On top of the above; each person I spoke to sounded like they were some sort of Indian decent (the country, not Native American)

So no call regarding law suit

It was a robo call saying The IRS has filed a law suit
