This number has called 5 times in one month. They stay on the line just long enough for my answering ma****e to show a missed call. When I listen to the call it is dead air for 3-7 seconds. I answered after the third call and they were selling home repairs. I asked them not to call a***n. They called a***n twice.

Just received a call and no answer, I called that number back, and a recording said they aren't receiving any calls at this moment.

In light of what Joe Q. Citizen reports, I tend to believe his theory this caller is casing the house. Has called here numerous times, says nothing, and ****s up. Most likely calling to see if anyone is home.

Scam call. Caller was evidently trying to read my name off a list and was mumbling & stammering. I got irate and he warned me that he had my address info so I should watch it. This is definitely some kind of scam or criminal casing the neighborhood to see who's home.
