I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't recognize this number, and the message was just air......

scam - called cell, I called back on my line phone and they had music playing, no answer, nothing.

This is a funny situation as I just entered my Ca***ian number with Carnival Cruises a week ago, and suddenly have a flurry of calls from telemarketers from various industries trying to sell me stuff from the states...Perhaps Carnival has had their system compromised or sells their customer lists.

Scam!Says "Congragulations you have won" and try to keep you on the line by making himself not understandable. As soon as I asked how they got my number, they ***g up. Don't call back.
