They call saying I have 48h to call back or I won't get help with college loans or so****ing like that I ask who they called for and they **** up lines busy every time I call back

Just calls, several times a day , no one on line. Leaves a message telling me I've got 48 hours to respond or I'll lose my chance at receiving benefit? They have been calling for 2 weeks now. When I call number it is always busy

Calls twice a day but does not leave a message. I thought the National 'do not call registry' was put into place to stop this invasion of privacy. There's got to be a class action lawyer out there that wants to make some money.
