Craigslist Kitten Scam! This number belongs to a woman involved in a scheme where her and her boyfriend/husband acquire free litters of kittens or purchase them at low prices on Craigslist. They specifically seek out any kittens they can find that resemble high-value breeds, typically preferring long to medium-haired varieties. They falsely claim the kittens are for their family or her sister and often buy entire litters when possible. Without any knowledge of the kittens' backgrounds, they resell them for over $500+, misleadingly asserting that they have the parents and that the kittens are Maine Coon mixes, Ragdolls, Siberians, Siamese, Persian or other expensive breeds.
