This has totally got to be not legal for a company on cell phones to threaten you if you don't go get 2 prepaid visa cards instead of western union so you have a receipt thatsays the police you paid them, with in the hour then the will come and arrest me???

These people are frauds trying to get money from you. Don't believe anything they say. The Consumer Protection Credit Agency says that a creditor cannot have you locked up without going to a trial first. They are trying to invoke fear in people who do not know. These people are not from Califonia. They are foreigners using an untraceable cell phone preying on the weak. DO NOT make any payment arrangements with them. They are just trying to get your money.

These people called and did the same thing told me i was goin to be arrested and i can spend my next two years behind bars. and told me the police would be there by 4 so i called the police at 4:15 and told them they were late they laughed and told me about the time they did call and got rude and told them there was a **** in the building the FBI has been involved and for some reason they cant be traced i tried and it says that they are located in moreno valley california that all i have to offer and that they are a bunch of chicken ****s and wont stay on when i do call bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get these****holes and lock em up plz im fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THis number s****ed to call my cell and work also saying I had a loan in the amt of $495 but with fees it's now $3655 and listed some charges I was being held on and if I didnt get an attorney good luck to me. But then ***g up on me. Only to call me back. How can we all press harrassment charges?

I recieved a call from this number stating that there was a lawsuit a***nst me randomly. They were not descriptive, super rude, and would not give me any helpful information. They attemtped to make me put money on a pre-paid card from a wallgreens dept store and fax over a do***ent but would not give me more information on the situation. They also threatened that law inforcement would come to my job and arrest me.

I s****ed to get phone calls from them on the 23rd of sept at least 3x a day. Whenever I call back, the voice box is full. A man named Robert with a heavy indian accent said I have a pending lawsuit and that i or my attorney must call. I called back today as they have left messages at my work place too. A lady picked up as if it was a landline and when I asked what company this was she simply replied" the office is closed" and ***g up. I am a victim of iden***y theft and am convinced they are pulling some feaud money scam.

Someone speaking really poor English called today... saying if I didn't call back they could only wish me luck with what unfolds.. whatever.. SPAM.. and the text, with just the number as well in mesasge.. as if I'm going to call them

The number 951-489-0239 has constantly been calling my cell and my job stating that I owe $4500 from some check cash advance company. Dan Forrester was a guy I spoke with and he was past rude. I called the number back to speak with a Samantha, but Dan wouldn't allow that to happen, he read off some charges to me and said the police will come to my job or my home between the hours of 1 to 4 pm on9-23-11. This has to stop because I don't own a checking account and I can loose my job due to this harrassment. Help.
