SCAM! I called them back and told them I was a reported and wanted to know why they do these scams....he laughed. I said how long have you been doing it...I read all the stories...he said he had been doing it for 2 years now and I would I have read all the stories since there have been thousands....It was the funniest thing that has happened to me all day. If they only knew they had me *****ing up laughing with this non-sense. I just hope they don't call back as they called on my work phone which is a serious NONO where I work and they themselves can actually be prosecuted since I really do work for a law firm.

This number keeps Calling my work cell phone, they do not talk when you call.  If you call the number they answer "may i help you"  I have asked repeatedly not to call this phone; it is a work phone.

I received a phone call from this number and he told me that his name was attorney John Forrester and he works for the Justice Dept and if I did not pay back a payday  loan of almost $600 I would be arrested and put in jail. I never took out a payday loan with Cash?(hard to understand the full name of the company as the **** did not speak understandable english)  I did a reverse phone number look up and found out that these scammers have been investigated for collecting money for *********.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL and DO NOT GIVE OUT ANYMORE INFORMATION.

I got the same call on July 7th. Said I owed $640.22 on a Pay Day Loan from EZ Cash.  Said it us put in my checking account in Jan.  Said if I did not Fax a certified Letter, copy of dl, copy of ssn in 30 Minutes I would be arrested and sent to San Fran, CA. There names were Jason Cyrus and Jason Dasey.  They gave me a address of 350 McAllister San Fran, CA, which is the CA Surpreme Court office.  I "ASK: both phone numbers 951-552-7130 & 818-937-1914 are in the LA , CA area.  This is a scam.............

My husband and I have also been getting phone calls like this. Only my husband was told that if he didn't pay $745.32 by the end of the day on 6-23-10 a federal agent would be here to arrest us on sa****ay morning and take us back to CA. were we would do serious time. I was scared to ***** at first thought someone stold our idenity. Then A Jenny Smith called and wanted us to fax a copy of my husbands DL's and a notorized letter stating that we would not retract the the payment. The letter needed to have his full ss#, dob, and phone #. They already had the last four of his social, his dob, and our phone #. We were ready to pay then got to talking to each other and our family. We s****ed sear****g and calling athourities. This is a scam PLEASE DON'T FALL PREY TO THESE PEOPLE. Now when you call the number a recording comes on and says the number you have called is no longer in services. They have kept calling saying they are a federal proscuting attorney. The names I have heard are Jenny Smith, Mike Johnson, And Ronnie King. All of them have a very strong accent. Once they seen we weren't going to send them money they s****ed phone harrising me. I have been called a B****, ******, and it goes on and on. I WISH THESE GUYS COULD BE CAUGHT. I wouldn"t care if I had to go to the other side of the world to testify I would!!!!!!!! One more thing they say the name of there company is Customer Affairs and Business Regulations. Well I googled that company name it is a real company but these people are using that companies name for their own benefit.

I recieved several calls from this and other similar numbers with the same "Indian" or ****stan accent from all. All of the numbers have a prefix of 951, which is in california. I was actually worried about this at first because i did have a payday loan through someone and got behind on it but it isnt these people. They are a group of people with good pc s****s that gather information from phishing your internet inquiries or from people that you actually have tried to get a loan through. The bad thing is that they are able to get your personal information and can bug the **** out of you with threats to get money from you, BUT, they dont know how the law works. They cant just call you up and make you pay so****ing over the phone. By law you always have the right to go to court to dispute any claims. Please everyone be wary of anyone that demands you to settle a debt without written do***entation. Oh yes, btw, they claim to be a law office or dept of justice, but answer the phone on a sa****ay, by saying*****o, who is this? Ask them who they are and see how many responses you get.

I have been getting calls from these people for over a month now diffrenet phones numbers but always the sa****ing.. ihave know idea who they are but when i asked them to remove me from their call list and delete me info they were very rude.... said i owed money to them um no i do not.trun this over to the police and let them deal with them.. the numbers is from cali. said his name was eric johnson

Got a call from this number, the caller was hard to understand but said his name was Chris Brown and iI needed to call him back right away.  When i called the number back someone answers but does not identify themself.  I have received calls from simular numbers in the past say I owe money for a payday loan I never took out.  This is a scam.
