The same thing just happened to me yes****ay.  They c****ed their number to 714-598-5229.  They no longer work with the 951-***-4384 number anymore.  These guys actually turned around and called my Human Resources Department at my job.  Fortunately, they took care of it and stopped them from there.

I was also contacted the same way. It was Thursday July 2nd. There was a message left on my cell phone stsating that my attorny or myself needed to contact them back or it would a very bad situation, and my god have mercy on my soul if i didnt return the call right there i knew these people were fool of it and then they kept calling my personal cell phone 100 times a day and even call my job for harrasment and now my lawyer is waiting for me to tell him to s**** a case a***nst these rude people.

I was also contacted the same way.  It was Friday July 10th. I did contact an attorney and they advised me of my rights in case the call was legit but said they do not believe it is.  My attorney advised me to file a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General and c****e my bank account info, put a freeze on my ssn, etc.  Basically, according to my attorney, even if the debt is legit, no collection agency can actually have you arrested.  Also, if you were being sued, you would have to be served weeks before the actual court date and, if it were possible,weeks before arresting you.  I told them I had an attorney and they ***g up before getting my attorney's info.  Anyway, when these a**holes called back on Monday (I think they thought I was lying about having an attorney and they could pressure me more).  I gave them a piece of my mind and, as expected, they would not take my attorney's info.  Also, I mentioned that my ***her is an attorney (not the one handling this because this sort of thing is not his specialty) and the person on the phone asked where so I told him.  A***n, I was yelling at him.  He said I should not be so belligerent and i simply said that I am being no more belligerent than the person who called me friday.  As soon as I mentioned my ***her is an attorney and gave them his name the person ***g up.  I called back a little while later and someone ***g up on me before I spoke to "Paul Walker", the name of the supposed "attorney" who called me.  The next time I called they magically could not find my file and said they would call back when they did.  That was two days ago. I haven't heard from them since.

I received the same phone call.  Stating my attorny or myself needed to contact them or it would be a very bad situation, I could hardly understand the guy on the line and ***g up on him and he kept calling back and on my work phone also.  I have never received a cash lone and am quite confused on this or what I should even do???

I recieved a call like that at work.  They said that I would have to be in court on monday, or I would be arrested.  They have a lot of personal information including referances, that I know.  they say that they can prove I was the one to apply and used my computer. I didn't have a computer when they said I applied for a loan.  they also said that I would be being served tomorrow at work.  any advice?

Some East Indians are calling stating I have conducted fradulent activity in regards to an online payday loan.  No monies was paid to me and they are threating me with court in California (I'm in Georgia) at 11a tomorrow morning.  They have some personal information and so I am very concerned.  They don't seem legit but unsure of what to do...Any advice??
