HAVE RECIEVED 4 MESSAGES FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SOOUND VERY THREATENING. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. THERE ENGLISH IS VERY POOR AND HARD TO UNDERSTAND.

Receive a call from this number.  Stated with an County Law Firm.  Owed money to CASHNET.  Told them I had talked with company and my account is in good standing.  If they had anything further to send it in the mail as if my account was turned over they would have that address.  Said they would send.  Will wait and see.  This is third time in 6 months I have gotten calls from different collectors stated I owed money.  Follows same suit as other.  Foreign accent.

I was called at work and told I have three counts of criminal charges for theft for a payday loan.  I would be arrested by 11a.m. the next morning, and they would notify my employer of these charges.  They gave me a letter to fax to them (714-845-0766).  Said I needed to fax my driver's license and an authorization to use my debit or credit card for $833.00 today or they would contact the county attorney and file charges.  I called the Ne***ska Attorney General and they looked up the number and said it was a scam.

I have received about 6 calls from this number and another number today. Two separate numbers and two separate people - one named Jennifer Davis and the other named Jacob Morris..they said they are from the Cyber Crime Division..they said I had a payday loan that was paid off from Cash Net USA which I never had. I was told they would come to my house and arrested me December 3. they requested I give them my lawyer's name. I called Cash Net Usa and they have a dept. which is working on these calls specifically. These calls are fraudulent..do not give any info out to the people that call you.

I called Riverside County police in California, where this call is originating, and they said to contact my local police department and they will follow-up iwth Riverside police.  Hopefully you all call your locals, Riverside will need to receive a lot of calls to get on this as quickly as possible.

recieved call at my place of employement saying to call 1-951-707-4047 Kevin Foster. This person had a thick indian accent and the background noise on my voicemail was loud. I was told that I had defaulted on a payday loan with Cashnet which I never had a loan with and that the cyber crime division would be coming to my work today to arrest me. He said I owed $5600 and that I would be going to court to resolve this matter, this person had the last four of my soc security, bank info, relative name, home address, work #. I contacted the local police department and my bank. Please do not listen to these people, it is a scam

recieved call at my place of employement two times today left message on my voice mail saying to call 1-951-707-4047 jack mullens that i have a very serious matter and to have my attorney of record call if i don't return the call my god help me with what is going to come down on me. Just a note to let you know I have been harrassed by these people for three months now I have c****ed my home phone my cell phone and now they are calling me at work because that the only number left that they have. they had my name of bank i bank with I had to close my account they also know the last four digits of my sociol security number . they had told me I defaulted on a loan and was being sued threatened my with fraud . I have reported them to the FTC the FBI, the state attorney General. I have told them I know they are fraud and they do not stop they just keep callinh they know that they are not going to get any money out of me but they just keep calling . I think they enjoy it . I pray that some way they are stopped for I feel for the people who did send them money. for they are scamming thefts.

I received a call from this number friday evening, november 27th. The caller identified himself as Charles Green. He said i would be arrested first  thing monday morning if i didn't pay $645.00 immediantly. I said i had no money, he was rude and said then good luck to you in jail. He said he wanted me to fax him a copy of my drivers license and debit card. If i didn't do this immediantly he would issue the warrent for my arrest, and i would expect police at my door at 11am on monday. He was rude and told me several times not to interupt him as he spoke. He said that after my arrest i would owe him  $5000, so it would be better and cheaper to pay now.  He gave me his fax number and told me to send it immediantly. I didn't.

Called me and my girlfriedn and her employer saying she owed money and would be arrested and/or sued if not payed.  Very rude and beligerant on telephone.  I contacted police and officer called them back and had it out with them on the phone.  Would not give address or name of business to officer.  ***g up on officer.  Callers identified themselves as "Jennifer Davis" and "Ryan".  FRAUD--FRAUD--FRAUD
