I've been arguing with them for a couple of hyours. They called and left a VM that said they were in my mother's room f***ing her and went on to say that her ****y was not tight enough....wow I keep calling back and harrassing them. They also said they are gonna put a drug charge under my name. They said a lot of other stuff that I don't want to mention but I've got their number in more ways than one.

This is a scam.  The guy listed above is calling me on my cell with an unknown number and then on my work phone with the same.  He leaves a message saying I'm in deep trouble and he's praying I'll take care of this or a company "ACS" is going to sue me in a legal court.  The person has a mideastern accent and prays alot evidently.  This happened to me one time before and I finally answered the call just to s**** laughing in their ear.  When I continued to do this the person got mad and s****ed yelling at me.  I told them that I had already reported them to the authorities and they didn't bother me for quite some time.  I'm guessing that they are "reworking" the list they bought from one of the online payday loan companies that I applied with a long time ago.  No worries.  Just laugh at them when they call.  It's a scam.

OK. This went too far. These guys a piece of work. I don't want to ev en go into what they said to me but I'm a little worried. Somehow they do have my address.

That's funny...I'm calling back now and they don't answer. No recording either. Hmmm I think we should all just keep calling and harrass them.

Wow...same thing has been happening to me. "Steve Brown" has been calling and telling me that I committed fraud and I will be arrested. He also stated that I need to do so****ing about this before so****ing happens to me! I have never gotten a pay-day loan. So frustrating. I told them I was calling the police to report them threatening me. He then ***g up on me.

I have been getting the same phones call at my work and on my cell phone for the last couple of weeks too saying that I was going to be arrested for Fraud. The guy that left a message today said his name was Charles Green and he was from ASC and that a company by the name of Nigel Company was going to be pressing charges a***nst me and a law suit. I have too filed out applications online for payday loans but never was approved for one. I would like to know who when can call to have them reported. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? I'm tired of receiving these calls at my work.

I keep on getting calls from 951-708-3083-regarding a friend of mine who owes money and I contacted my friend and he has no clue to what's going on! When I call them they are short and curt! As soon as you find out who they are they **** up without giving an explanation! They are so bogus!

YES, I HAVE ALSO BEEN GETTING THESE ****** CALLS AND I WISH THEY WOULD JUST STOP CALLING, THEY HAVE GONE AS FAR AS CALLING MY SISTER , MOM, WORK AND MY CELL PHONE. LEAVING THREATS TO HAVE ME PUT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD FOR DEFAULTING ON A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE. I DID HAVE A LOAN AND IT HAS BEEN FULLY PAID, I THINK THAT THESE COMPANIES ARE SELLING OUR INFO TO THESE ****** ARABIC PEOPLE THAT WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND AND KEEP REPEATING THE SAME S**T OVER AND OVER. YET HAVE NO INFO ON THE COMPANY THE LOAN IS FROM OR AN ACCOUNT #  AND WHEN I ASKED TO HAVE ANY PAPERWORK FAXED THEY DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO IT. ALSO WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR, IT SOUNDED LIKE THE SAME PERSON JUST A DIFFERENT NAME. DAVID JACKSON , CHARLES GREEN , RICHARD SPARKS, KEN PETERSON AND A FEW OTHER I CAN NOT REMEMBER, ALSO USED 714-706-70301 COMPANY CALLED AMERICAN  LEGAL. BE CAREFULL PEOPLE, AS IF THINGS WERE NOT ALREADY BAD HERE.

I have been receiving the same calls for a couple of months now on a daily or every other day.  Same thing-calls demanding that I had a payday loan electronically deposited and that when they tried to take the money out my account was closed. Not true-when I questioned him on one of the calls the one I spoke to said he could not tell me what company it was with and would not supply me anything in writing that I owed and defaulted on a loan.  I said I could prove no such deposit took place - he wanted me to fax my bank statement (yeah like I would be that dumb). He then said how could I prove I didnt receive it. duh would show up if electronically deposited as he said-oh that is not what he said.  Anyways after going back and forth-he finally said he was getting sleepy and could not discuss with me any further.   So today received another call at 6:44 am stating that I had better call back Justin Croft was the name this time-funny how they sounded like the same person and that I had better not ignore the call.   I have made a police report a***nst these people, but have not figured out how to stop the harrasing messages they leave as the number always come up unknown.  This is just a scam-but scary still the same.

I received a call from a David Walker telling me how I owed $5000 and needed to pay or I was going to jail for fraud he knew my address and my place of work so I got scared and told him I didnt have that money just lying around he said I could settle for $998 after thinking about it a little bit more I thought I never got a payday loan and he wanted some faxed docs that would have included a copy of my DL(front and back) credit card info and all that good stuff.  I told him I ould fax the docs but went to work on investigating this  some more aftr not receiving the docs the next day he called a***n and said the police will be @ my door the next day I questined him some more and he got an at***ude w/me and told he will just close my case and send the cops out sice I had no intentions of paying...I told him the call was being recorded I also questioned him about his #being a cali # and the fax # being a washington # he just said he was going to send the police out and ***g up....Total scam....

i got the same thing  i got this f***ing arabic f*** calling me telling me i got go to court this friday he can go f*** himself.... don't worry just report him.

Same thing keeps happening to me. This is the fourth time they called me and said it was their "FINAL ATTEMPT" and if i dont respond the situation will unfold on me. I laugh at this cause the final message sounded exactly like different pieces of the first three messages he left me. AND YET each time he called me he was a different person. Kevin Jackson, Richard.....whatever. Yes****ay i called the number though and talked to some dude who kept asking me for my number for the message that was "intended" for me. First i gave him a fake number and he told me i was a liar. So i gave him my real number and told me I had a pay day loan that I never paid back. Well i never recieved a pay day loan. I mean I was about to sign up for one a few months ago but i stopped at the part where they ask for my bank account number and such. That is why they know my job number and my two sources. I told him i never signed up for a pay day loan then he said that he will see me in court and then ***g up on me. The annoying b*s****s wont do anything from what you all are saying. So if it is their "FINAL ATTEMPT" to contact me maybe they will finally **** and stop calling me.....doubt it though....

I keep getting a call on my cell phone from a arabic guy Kevin Jefferson and he says I need to call him the minute I receive this message.  I supposedly took out a payday loan and now owe over 5200 and the two I have taken out I have paid off.

Recieved a call from a David Jackson. They left a message on my cell phone telling me I needed to call them "the second I recieve the message". Well I am choosing not to call after reading everyones statements here.

Oh yeah i got a call from this a**hole.. only on my work number too which is a company number. Some guy named David Jackson... said i had gotten an online cash advance thing for 600 and so****in.. and that he sent me 15 emails tellin me to pay.. the email address he gave me wasnt even my and when I asked the ****** who was goin after me...he couldnt tell me.. he read me a "sepina" over the phone.. which they are not suppose to do.. I dont even have an internet source besides my work computer... and if I really had the free time to apply for a payday loan via internet.. i wouldnt do it anyways.. no need... What i love is that mr. david jackson... was some middle eastern a**hole the frist time.. and then the second time sound more ****ese... ****** f***er.***dred percent scam. for a ***dred percent do***e bag. I hope someone nails his a**.

He was David Walker when I called.....same as above, wouldn't give me any information about the case just that I owed 5k. I don't have any PD loans.

I think that we are all on the same list. I have been called for 3 days now. The first day he said that I owed $5,000.00 dollars and that they were going to send investigators out to my home. I went and investigated myself, this number is a landline in California. And seeing how I live in Florida, I don't think that a so called law firm in California is going to send investigators to come speak with me. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told my boss that I was going to be late to work the next day. And the only reason why I did so was because the indian/foreign speaking gentleman said that investigators were going to be at my home by 10am. I waited until 10:30am the next day ***ody showed up. So I went to work, about an hour goes by and I get another phone call from the gentleman. This time stating that his name is "Kevin Jefferson", and that this is my second notice and that if I don't call the law firm back I was going to be arrested the next day. About an hour after that he called a***n and said that his name was "Steven George" and that he was with the Sheriff's Dept. And this time he said that he was going to come to my address and arrest me and my two references. The only time that I have talked to the person was the first day. But I had someone call them for me on the second day on my behalf, and this person asked for a certified do***ent(s) with the details of the apparent defaulted loan, the sheriff's id badge number, and the sheriff's supervisor and his id badge. And the foriegn gentleman acted like he did know the name that he had been calling for the previous two days. He also ***g up on her. So that leads me to today. I got another call stating that his name was "Agent James Williams" and that he was with the Sheriff's Dept. and that I needed to call the law firm back otherwise tommorow morning they are going to issue a warrant for my arrest as well as my two references, as well as lose my job. Here are some pointers that I have taken from my mother's Sheriff friend:* If they refuse to give you there id badge number, its most likely a scam.* If the number is blocked or not published, it is mostly a scam.* And last but not least if they try to contact you a***n and I pick up the phone, **** a whistle into the phone and they will almost for certain not contact you a***n.

Funny I got the same calls and they went as far as calling my employer. I told the idiot i would be happy to give him the money when the sherrif showed up. Been waiting 2 days no cops. So today I called him back and he says the same **** over and over i told him i had the money to pay him but it will be used for his medical bills from having my foot surgically removed from his a**. He didn't like that to well.now he want answer the phone when i call.. It is 100% s***bag scam. Don't worry they are from Los Angeles and have no jurisdiction to arrest you.

these same people called me taking about arresting me on monday @ 2pm....this is some bulls****

Ok I'll admit I applied for a payday loan BUT WAS DENIED!!!!!! This araibic guy calls me( and says his name is Robert Jones but he clearly isn't American) from an unknown number and states that I have charges a***nst me for fraud and some other charges..my bank said they never recieved a deposit towards my account from any payday company..they said this Thursday morning I need to be in court formy hearing they wouldn't tell me where though..and when I asked what the payday companies name was they wouldn't give it to me..has anyone else been through this and if so are they seriously coming to arrest me? I don't know what to think but I know I didn't recieve a payday loan...
