First he tried to call me on face time video then he called my phone saying “ hi, I’m Kevin Underpanrs and I love my underpants and I want to buy a house but I live my underpants”! Me- sorry , I can’t help you “!

Just got a call from this dude...he first introduced himself as Kevin Arnold, then as Kevin Underpants....the first time he called was a FaceTime (i did not answer). Second time was a regular call

Called me numerous time via phone and FaceTime. I answered not showing my face and he put the phone to him in his underwear. Completely disgusting. Blocked him. He’s targeting Realtors. Be careful. Does anyone know his FB name!??

This is the first FACE TIME call I ever had and I answered now being a real estate agent. This guy face-timed me claiming he's a BUYER looking to move to Maui this June. He probably did not expect to see my hubby next to me and be part of the face-time conversation. As realtors, my hubby then asked him a bunch of "realtor-buyer prospect" interview questions. He seemed nervous and he called himself Kevin Smith, which now we see it's Kevin Underpants. We asked him for his e-mail address so that we could communicate better about his real estate needs to buy property here on Maui. Sounded like he did not know anything about Maui Hawaii. Then the conversation ended with him saying "I'll think about it," because the conversation went no where close to creating a contract relationship. We told him thank you for the call anyways. Lesson here is to be cognizant and this was an opportunity to practice communication s****s and professionalism at all levels even when caught of guard.

FaceTimed me late at night lying in his bed. I picked up because I thought it was someone else calling. Very disturbing. I am a young women in the real estate industry and I****ume that’s how he found me. BEWARE!

Same thing happened to me today. He’s very weird and the call is disturbing.

He also facetimed me too. I am the one who left the last comment.

This person has been calling me for years and harassing me. I am local real estate agent and I feel he has been the same person calling me for 7 years off and on. At this point I am going to the police and reporting him. He makes ***ual comments and asks about real estate. He speaks in a very quiet tone and boyish tone. He called himself Kevin Underpants. I ***g up on him but I am sure this won't be the last time he calls. BE AWARE!!

This person found my number on FB and called me on FaceTime. He was being very weird and kept looking down when he was speaking to me. I answered because I thought it was a real estate client. He asked me about real estate but kept looking down, so I asked if he could please call me instead. I ***g up because he looked like he was up to no good. He called himself Kevin Arnold.
