Been receiving threatening phone calls from a guy who claims to be a lawyer who says I owe $2500 for a english program he claimed I purchased, but I never did. He says hes going to take my property, furniture cars, everything I own and call immigration if I do not pay. I was scared at first but spoke with someone I trust to investigate and contact my state attorney general and its a scam. block the number and do not be intimidated.

Called a family in town and stated they had to be in court in California. It's a scam. Feel free to call her back throughout the night.

My mom was called this evening stated the same thing that she owes money and needed to show up in court if not pay 600 in a prepaid card by someone with the name isabelle diaz its a scam they pertending to call from a small claims clerk office they dnt even speak english report them its a scam

My friend was called, in the evening by a Sandra Rodriguez saying she was from Small Claims Court in San Diego, CA. That he owed $ 2200.00 for an English course he never bought. A very intimidating woman. That he had to show up in Court this Friday...two days from now. A well planned scam. Do not oay!

Got a call from this number. Caller states that I owe them money and that I need to pay it via prepaid credit card. They seem to be targeting primarily Spanish speaking people where they threaten that soon immigration and police will be after you if you don't pay. People its a SCAM. DO NOT PAY..
