I had just got done filling out a credit app online around 2:00am when 5 minutes later i get a text from this number  "Hey luv" (smiley face) and then my landline s****ed ringing off the hook. Like a creepy horror film.I looked up online and found that most of these 951 calls are scams after they get your info somehow. I called the number back and it was a 3 minute long voice mail of a mexican song. I let it play all the way through and left them a message that they have been reported to scam authorites and that I work for the government. Havent heard from them since so not sure if that scared them off.
