I received a call from 1-952-224-9196.  The man left a phone number and "directed" me to call by the close of business today.  When I called, they would not give me any information other than to say they were a law firm and not regulated by any do not call lists.  After considerable badgering, he acknowled that he was in Minnesota.  I have not received any other calls, mail or other communication that would suggest I should be receiving communication from a collection agency, so I have to believe this is a scam.
