This number is calling during the daytime many times, no name on caller ID. According to your 100% spammer score, I am****uming it is telemarketing.

They also use it to cold call trying to get you do schedule service appointments.

I received a call from this number, but based upon the what others have said, I am a little bit more at ease. I called the number back and I was connected to the Rudy Luther series of dealerships customer care center, you can press #1 and be connected to a representative or press #2 and leave a message. I spoke to the representative and told the lady that when I answered, I heard and automated "Hello" and then the line went dead. She stated that the automated message system is meant to notify existing customers of either to confirm their appointment or to notify the customer that a part for their vehicle was in.She entered my phone number and told me that the system was just calling to confirm my morning service appointment at the dealer I bought my vehicle from.

I believe this is some kind of appointment and/or customer service number with Twin Cities car dealerships.  Luther Nissan/Kia uses it.

think it's for all automotive appointments in the Minneapolis area, mine is from Subaru/Acura.

Received call from 952-258-8500.  I let it ring into my voicemail.  It was Toyota City with a service appointment reminder.

I also received a phone call from this number to confirm an appointment I made for my car.

Appears to be an number commonly used by local car dealerships to send automated appointment reminders and confirmations, but their system is poor at best considering that most reports that I have seen describe no one being on the other end, the ones that do list a successful call connection are almost universally Minnesota car dealership contact calls for legitimate business purposes.
