Gene - I'm pretty sure you are wrong.  Investment Rarities is not the collection agency that calls from the number 952-460-7306.  Numbers aren't even close.

I received a call from 952-460-7306 today.  Didn't catch the name of the agency, but it was most definitely a collection agency.  They were calling on behalf of LTD Commodities.  Strange thing is that when I called and spoke directly to LTD, they said they are not showing any outstanding bills for our company.  It's only for $24!!  Certainly we would pay it, if it was due, however it WAS paid and we have CONFIRMATION (transaction # and everything) from LTD that it was paid.  Bank statements showing the amount/cleared check to LTD were even faxed to LTD over 5 months ago because we kept receiving invoices for that bill that HAD BEEN PAID!!  We thought we had it cleared up after that......especially being that we haven't seen a single collections notice or invoice this entire time (seriously - the invoice was paid back on September 25th)  now...months later I get a super harassing call from this supposed collection agency.  Who by the way said they couldn't send or fax any do***entation about the outstanding bill and wanted me to give a credit card number of the phone?   Um...yea...that's not going to happen!!   All around, it's *****y.  I'm still waiting to hear back from LTD. I'm worried we will never get this straightened out.  We might just pay the $24 a***n just to have this over with.  Course.....they probably won't register that payment either.  What the heck are we supposed to do?
