My husband did not pay his student loans. We were contacted via phone calls and letters and we ignored them. Last night we went to put gas in our vehicle and our debit card did not work. We found out today that a levey has been put on our back account as well as a wage garnishment at my husbands work. We, are so upset that we called my brother in law, who is an attorney in PA. He called the collection agency/law group and they refused to release the fund from our bank account. My brother in law said legally there is nothing he can do to help us out of this situation. I called the Law group/Collection agency and offer to make a substancial payment plan. They said NO!!! We are not authorized to stop a levy or wage garnishment.

An attorney has been contacting me concerning my student loan. I had all my relatives were called, by the time I returned the call my wages were being garnished for 25% of my paycheck. I tried to work out so****ing with the collection agency and they said "No!" they WERE REALLY RUDE. I'm really mad about this. How am I going to live with 25% of my paycheck gone. Then I received a notice of levy to my bank account so I closed that.

I TOLD THE COLLECITON AGENCY TOO STOP CALLING ME. THEY SURE DID STOP CALLING ME AND THEY WAGE GARNISHED ME FOR MY STUDENT LOAN 25% OF EVERY PAY CHECK. SOME ONE GAVE ME THIS BAD ADVICE. THEY SAID WHEN YOU TELL A COLLECITON AGENCY TO STOP CALLING...THEY HAVE TOO. YEAH, THEY STOPPED CALLING. NOW THEY ARE TAKING 25% OF EVERY PAYCHECK I GET. SO, I CALLED THEM TO WORK WITH THEM. BOB AT THE COLLECTION AGENCY SAID THEY NO LONGER CAN WORK WITH ME, IM IN WAGE GARNISHMENT. AND MUST PAY THE ENTIRE STUDENT LOAN THROUGH WAGE GARNISHMENT AND THEY PUT A LEVY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND TOOK ALL THE MONEY OUR OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT SO I HAD TO CLOSE THIS. I CALLED AN ATTORNEY AND HE SAID LEGALLY THERE IS NOTHIN HE COULD DO TO HELP ME.

THEY SD ONCE I SENT THE LETTER AND TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ME THEY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PUT A LEIN ON MY HOUSE AND WAGE GARNISH ME 25% OF EVERY PAY CHECK. THANKS DATE LINE FOR YOUR BAD ADVICE. NOW, I CAN BARELY LIVE. I SHOULD OF WORKED WITH THE COLLECITON AGENCY. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE.

We had received several ***ue messages on our answering ma****e but did not recognize the number (no name!).  I finally called the # that showed on caller ID and the woman who answered the phone asked to speak to my daughter.  I explained that she had not lived with me for over 5 years and the woman (whose name was unintelligible) asked for her phone # which I declined to give.  The woman then became belligerant and demanded that I have my daughter call.  I asked what the call was in reference to, stating that my daughter would not return a call otherwise (good grief, who would?) and the woman shouted that she knew what it was about and that THIS IS NOT A GAME! over and over.  I told her I didn't appreciate her at***ude and responded in kind that she didn't like mine either! whereupon she ***g up on me.  I called back to speak with a person in charge who was also rude and ***g up on me when I told him that no one from that number had better call my house ever a***n.  He or someone from his group then called me 7 times, private name/private # showed on caller ID, automated message with no success in talking with a real person.  # on caller ID was toll free but the # "Rude Woman" gave me for my daughter was 952-582-4973.

This person, Victoria Johnson has been calling people I know and relatives, ex spouses, cousins, in laws to ask questions of a family member she threatens them, harr***** them, tells them they will be served with court papers, she has partial SSN numbers, cell numbers, old home address, when the # is called she states Ms. Johnson office yet she demands to know who YOU are. Besides the BBB what else can be done? Call the local police? file a complaint?

This company is a scam. They wanted me to pay a fee to make a complaint and then their web site caused my computer to crash. DO NOT GO TO THEIR SITE they are a scam!!!!

I was called by Allied Industry and a Mr Guzman and he was really rude.

I would bet most of these people don't owe any money.  This person is a scam artist. Looking for week people she can intimidate, into paying bills they don't owe. Some of you tell these people to just pay there bills.  Your most likely a bill collector, perhaps even work for Victoria.  I know a person she has been harassing and I know for a fact they don't have and unpaid bills.So everyone coming here file a complaint about this person and company. The FTC says they need more complaints before they can do anything.

A lady was calling and harrassing me over and over a***n. Her name wass Heidi and she kept calling me and yelling and me and then she put her sister on the phone yelling and swearing at me. How can I file a complaint and sue them?

You know the people out there that just keep owing others money is plain wrong. Why don't you folks pay who you owe???

I get a phone call asking for my cousing and his wife, they say it's very important that they call her back that day. I call her back and she won't tell me why she wants to speak with them or why she doesn't call them direct instead of calling my cell phone.  How she got a hold of my cell phone, I don't know.  She keeps calling, but she won't let me talk to tell her off.  When I call her two or three times in a row she just puts the answering ma****e on.  She won't even want to listen to what I have to say.

HEY THESE GUYS ARE RELENTLESS AND RUDE!I have no dealings with these people, they are looking for someone else who I do not know and will not believe me.  They just continue to call and are rude. Here is what to do contact the federalTrade commission and file a complaint.  Also, send a certified leter with only the number and reason to cease contact to them.  Contact you phone company and see if you have a block feature or that your company will do it.  Talk to your state legislators and see if legislation can be passed to prevent and fine these companies.

some ****** woman called looking for someone I bought a house off of over a year ago.  I have a new number and am a a do not call list.  The woman was rude and would not say where she was calling from and would not put my name on their do not call list.  All she would say is they are not selling anything and it does not apply to them.  I hate people like this.

This woman Victoria w***ver has left me multiple last names, every time she calls it is a diff name she gives me.  When i tried to make payment arrangements on a student loan that has doubled thanks to bogus charges she refused to let me stating i must pay in full within 24 hrs or i will be served with papers tomarrow from her lawyer.  I asked for the attorneys name so I could s**** working with him since she was acting like a child, she then said she wasnt going to sue before but now she will..***? I got one today from her.  Same story as above.  She is trying to locate my sister.  The weird thing is that she called my ***er in law as well.  She called his Cell which is not published anywhere.  My sister and my ***her in law have never even met too my knowledge.

I got a message from a Victoria Johnson from this number..WOW she c****ed her name hoping no one wouldn't find her.  Well, she didn't leave what company or nothing but a name and a number.  She even called my mom, my sister, and my sister's mother in law.  When I call her number all I get is You have reached Mrs. Johnson office she is in a meeting please leave your name, number and if you have you file, case or doc number.  She is acting like a lawyer.

this Veronica person called, and seemed to know alot about possible family relations.  Insisted on speaking with an unknown individual, even gave out partial SSN info.  She wouldn't let up then I s****ed asking her a bunch of questions.  She said she was going to keep calling

I had this call from LA Industries wanting to know about a debt that When I get a job I will pay my debts.

I was not shocked I found this hag on the internet. I was shocked at the way she handled heself after telling me the call was being recorded for quality purposes. She would not even let me talk after I had told her I was not paying a bill that was paid in full two years prior. After repeated requests by me to explain the bill had been paid, she told me "you don't need to talk".  When she was through talking she ***g up. I tried calling her back and succeeded. However, everytime she answered the phone she would only say a few words and **** up a***n. Words like "pay your bill" and "lier" and "you heard me". She would not even let me reply. I called her back about 15 times and everytime it was the same thing. I was putting her on speaker phone so my whole family could here. It was really getting kind of funny. "What if" I was calling back to make arrangements to pay? She would never know. Anyway, once I got tired of that I stopped calling her and guess what ................... she s****ed calling me back to continue the verbal abuse. The name I have for this hag is Victoria Wienstad. The phone number is same as above 952-582-4973. The name of her company is Allied Interstate Inc. I can't wait for the pleasure of talking to her a***n.

A call from a bill collector, rude and very intimidating on the phone.  Threats, extra***ent claims, and rudeness from a woman named Victoria Weinberg to my home.  Will be pursuing a BBB claim a***nst her and her company ASAP.

This was a strange call in that they were asking for my dad & mentioned the company that he owns. I asked if they were a customer, vendor? They just said "business****ociate". It definitely sounded like a solicitor so I did not give out his number. What I can't figure out is how on earth they connected my number to him; I've been married & using my husband's name for 15 years! My dad's name is nowhere on our mortgage, loans or anything.
