I just received a call from this number also.  Lady could hardly speak English clearly. Asked for some guy with the last name Hoffman that he was a relative of mine. I said no relative of mine. She then asked if I knew him. I said no I do not know him. She apologized & we ***g up. Feeling somewhat su****ious I looked the company name up on line & found this site instantly.  Glad I looked. When & if they call a***n I will inform them all calls are recorded & see if I can stop them form calling me. I have no problem reporting them to all authorities & my lawyer.

I received a call at work from AIS Investigative Services 954-200-6925.  She said I owed a company Ten Dollar Payday Loan.  I asked for do***entation to verify the debt.  She became irritated and stated they had a claim a***nst me.  I asked in what court was it filed, the court case #, presiding judge, their attorneys name and state bar of texas #.  She ***g up.  I have no problem paying a valid debt, because I did let some things slip during my ****** cancer treatment.  However don't get upset because I want to be well informed! It's my right!

They keep calling here for my sister in law regarding a civil matter. i've told them many times to stop calling. they will stop for a week, then s**** up a***n. i decided to get even ~ i called them back today ~ told them to remove my number. once i gave them the number, they immediately went into their spiel, help us find her ~ I asked for their address ~ they wont give it ~ i told them that even if i had the info i wouldnt' even give them the time of day and to remove me. they ***g up on me. i called back. got a different person ~ a***n asked for their address ~ did the same thing, cept this time i told them i was recording ~ she says you don't have my permission to record and ****s up on me. i call back, get a different person, told them remove my number, i give them the number ~ they tell me i have to give them the info they need, i said give me your supervisor. i get on hold - guy comes on says "hello". i say who are you? are you the supervisor? he says Yes, i say REMOVE MY number from your database. he said he will remove it when he gets the information he is requesting, i tell him i have no idea where she is ~ he says you do too, you just told us that ~ i said i did not, he said he was listening in and he heard me say this, i said no i did not, he says "yes", i say Prove it. he says the recordings never lie. (hmmm). i say i said IF i had it, he said the recordings dont lie, i said REMOVE me, he said we will remove you when you give us the info you have.i said ~ so, you are threatening me? you say u will continue to call unless i give you information? he said (****ing into my sentence) i am not threatening you.. i told him he is violating all collection agency laws ~ he said he is not a collection agency.  I told him i have no info and would not give it to them if i did. . Let's just say that went on for a bit. he did say that he will remove my number when i provide the correct info (which i do not have) and then he told me that if i called him a***n he would report me as harassment.  I said, dude, I'm way ahead of you on that one and ***g up.  funny, huh ~ I'm harassing them??  anyway, this may stop the calls. (tween you all and me ~ i really have no info on his sister)

we have gotten calls from this place as well!!  I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with some loser who can't even speak clearly into a phone...kind of sounds like he's ******.  anyway, they are calling asking for my sister in law.....but calling my mom's home!!  how the heck did they get this number?!?!?I ask for the address to send a cease and desist but he just ignores my question.....there's got to be a way to stop these *****s from calling!

These people are rude ******s that refuse to stop calling even though they have been informed that the person they are looking for is unknown to us! There has got to be so****ing that can be done about this company and its practices!

This is AIS investigations, the are a collection agency that h****ss friends and family, they are rude and threatening. Their phone  is 954-200-6925, they are out of florida. They do not care if you owe or not, they cont. to call even after they have been notifie account was paid years ago.

I get at least two calls a week from 954-200-6925.  This has got to stop. I refuse to answer the calls and delete them.   Who can I report this to?

I wish these people stop calling me first it was a guy he called s****ing in January we had a few words then he stopped, so 2 weeks later a lady claming to be ***ia Brown calls then i cussed her out she stops calling for awhile and calls back a week later so i ask her "didn't i just ask you to stop calling me?" she lies and says "no" and i replied "yes the***** i did" and ***g up in her ear that happened in February sometime now she s****ed calling me back Monday and im getting so annoyed with these people, i wish i knew how they got my cell number, people don't fall for these people there scams.

I have been getting phone calls for the past few months from this number. The last phone call I received today was from a man named Alan Williams, with the company AIS but I had to listen to the message many times to understand what the company name was since it sounded like the IRS at first. I find it funny that this number calls me and while the answering ma****e is picking up I hear a guy talking and then when the beep goes they **** up. Two minutes later I get a phone call a***n from this number and they leave a message but the guy who is talking is different. Do they have to have enough courage to leave a scam phone message or hope that someone might answer? I just wish that w***ver is behind the calls will just leave me and my family alone....This is just getting annoying and so****ing needs to be done a***nst these scammers.....

They called my sister last night and told her that they had a lawsuit a***nst me and gave her their case number. Then I received a call from them today! Some lady who I could barley understand says that they had a file a***nst me for some loan I have never taken. Then she ***g up on me and a man called back. My husband then spoke to him and he said that he was going to send a summons to my house for court about this claim even after I told him I disputed his claims. Then he ***g up the phone?! he called a total of 4 times in a row?!

received a missed call from this company 2/17/2010 - reported it to the do not call registry complains.  Have never had any dealings with the company that he represents.

Got a call from this number on Jan 26, 2010 from a Melvin Dewey saying he was from AIS Investigative Services. The called seemed a lil fishy to me there was music playing in the background during the call. The guy (Melvin) was talking about a loan that I had supposely opened in 2007 (I never openend this loan). This was also fishy because the area code for the real AIS Investigative Services is 914. I just spoke with the real AIS they stated the number is regis**** to some guy named Bitguard in some small town in Florida. Please don't not give this person any info about you or your family memeber. This is a fraud!!

Called a freind a left voice mail stating name of company and have been****igned a case, gave case number and said failure to contact would result in court action.  Left the same voice mail on ny home phone.
