i just received this same message cept from 90***52267did anything happen or is this a prank call?

Just got a voicemail from this number, which is odd considering that the phone never rang. There was a recorded message (the first few seconds of it were cut off) stating that I'd been downloading music illegally and that according to the "RAAA stance on digital pi****," (funny, I thought it was RIAA, which makes me think even more that this call is bogus) they may be pursuing my case in court. I was then invited to leave a message at the beep pleading my case. Had this been a legitimate company calling, I would think they would have left me a contact number or so****ing. Doesn't make sense. Anyone else get a call like this?
