I got one at work last night and another just now. I fell victim to this scam a year ago because I had really taken out a payday loan. Do not fall for this!!

Recieved a call on both cell and work threatening that there was a pending lawsuit a***nst me from Nicole Smith. They said I had a pay day loan from Cash Loan Inc which I received and defaulted on. They knew my full name numbers and last four of my social security number. When I questioned what they were asking me and stated I had no idea what they were talking about "Ryan" got angry and began to yell at me! Couldn't understand him had a very strong Indian accent. I ***g up on him and they attempted to call back and leave me a threatening message stating that my attorney must call them. I've filed a complaint with FL Atty Gen's office, they called me at 6:47am.

these pepole think this is real funny but its not because they call you and try and get money off of us so for that i had a  call to from these pepole and i called the cops the cops are going to call them
