Leave a Commentjust got it myself.. at 10:45 at night.. what a joke. LOLSending me an x-mas present? If so, they should *already* know my address. :)
My wife just got a text asking for our address so they could send her a gift. The odd thing is that we both have e-cigs but have never bought anything from Smoke Everywhere nor have we ever entered our phone number(s) for anything involving e-cigs. Very odd.
Got the same text around the same time as y'all
got the same text, I have never given my phone no. to any web site though, did visit the vap site a few months back.
i just received the same text and i have never looked at the smokeless cigarettes. I wonder if i can block the text via verizon
The wanted my address to confirm so they could send x mas gift!
I received the text message too. While I get free incoming messages and pay for unlimited texting we shouldn't have to deal with unsolicited **** like this! I did a reply text of REMOVE - we'll see if it works, I know it has worked for me for other things of this type.
It was a quit smoking Electronic Cigs. I only use cell to get SPAM C%@* like this. You will never talk to a human unless you leave name. DON'T LEAVE ANY INFO TO AVOID CALL
It has to be Smoking Everywhere. I've dealt with them in the past too. (Awful quality if you ask me...there are much better ***nds). These people are s****ing to get on my nerves. First they over-exaggerate the life-cycle of their products. A month after that they aggressively telemarket me with extremely rude "customer-service" reps who actually ***g up on me when I said I switched to a different ***nd. And now they're using deceptive, scam-esque ads. Such a sorry excuse for an advertising department at that place.Ok, I feel better now that I've vented. lol. I'm going to further calm down with my much higher quality/lower-cost totallywickedeliquid.com e-cig :P
Wow, looks like a bunch of us got that text message. They can well bet most of us aren't ****** enough to fall for **** like that. Just feel sorry for those who do. People like those should be stopped, it wastes precious minutes for those of us who don't have unlimited! And the scamming people out of their money is fraudulent to embezzlement as far as I'm concerned!
me too... i looked at the smokeless page. bunch of b/s adverti*****t. we should call up verzion to forward the charges over to the text'r no the recipient.
Just Received a text message from the same number call for Christmas gift. I, too, order the smokeless cigarette for my partner and when I found out what it cost, I refused shipment. this is the first i have heard from them since.
got the same thing. i looked at the smokeless cigs too. haha. must be connected!I'm not calling the number either.
Got a text about a Christmas gift too. I looked at the smokless cigarette too maybe that is where is came from. I did not order the cigarette it was 100.00 if you kept it.
I just got the same text. The odd thing is, it follows up to an email that I and my mother received from a company called Smoking Everywhere who produce those vapor cigarettes. A few months back they offered a two week free trial, which s****ed the day you placed the order, this was only discovred after reading the fine print. Took over two months to send the item, and this was after calling to cancel it and for them to cease contact, and after disputing a bill for a product we have never received. I am strongly convinced that these text messages could be connected to this company, or someone that sold a list to them.
same thing...asks for address for some BS xmas gift..i smella scam
just recieved it to
I also just received the same text.
Me 3...
we got the same text message.
Received a text message asking me to confirm my address for a Christmas gift. I looked it up on reverse lookup and it goes to a land line in Florida. Needless to say it's some kind of scam but I'm ****ed they are costing me money on my end sending text messages to me!
