I don't know these people... They just called me a***n twice within 2 minutes -- As soon as they discover it is an answering ma****e, they **** up! I wouldn't go on any Ramada vacation or use any Ramada hotel after all this!I'm really getting ticked off!

We have no business dealings with RAMADA Vacations - they are listed on the display as BESM. We have received three calls from them in less than 24 hours. We do not answer - we're keeping a log!

About 5 years ago I signed on for a 'cruise. until I discovered that it was a neverending money ****ing proposition. I decided to cut my losses and chalk it up to experience. Today I got a phone call offering to refund some of my money. Instead they charged $913 to my credit card for "monies owing them". The girl gave her name as Jessica Wright. I asked for her home phone number. 954-515-7199 is what she gave me. I suspect neither is acurate.

To all those complaining about numerous calls. I had also been receiving several calls everyday with a ****up. I called the number back today and they will remove you from the list and pleasant about it. Hope this helps you

I've been receiving calls from them. I finally answered one today and was informed I'd won a Caribbean Cruise from a survey I'd taken. Directed me to a site: http://www.caribbeancl.com (note: there is no contact information whatsoever)... Blah, blah, free package, 2 days and 2 nights, blah, blah... wanted $59 upfront for port taxes or some such. $118 if I wanted to bring someone. I kept asking questions, like, "If I pay now, do you send me an information package or the actual cruise package?" Guy said they'd send the whole package, tickets and all, in about 14 days. I kept asking if there was a way to think about this and call them back. Guy kept saying, basically, I'd have to take the offer now as these "free cabins" were "very limited" and going fast. I asked if he had an actual number, like, "Are there 30 cabins or 1500 or what?" He eventually put me on with his manager, James.I asked James about a way to contact them, and he said that they'd give me a reservation number and an 800 number to call, AFTER I put my money down. The more questions I asked him, the more I heard about how much I'd get AFTER I paid money.After wasting their time for another 10 minutes I finally said I'd been out of work for awhile, was one of those unlucky people that'd been rolled in the economy and so sorry, I don't even have $59 to spare. They couldn't answer basic business questions, let alone give me an 800-number. Even on the very minuscule, slight, microscopic possibility this was a legit offer from a legit company, that is a bad, bad business practice.

When I though the offer could not get any better she said she'd throw in a seven day stay at the Ritz in Florida and a trip to Disney world for 4 all for the price of $440.I ***uely remembered entering a cruise but it all sounded too good to be true. I was a bit disturbed when I was told I had to pay the money upfront. I explained that I was a student and I didn't have $440 to pay but was told I had to pay upfront to reserve my ticket. Since I didn't have $440, the billing manager asked me to pay $118 which was for port fees to the Ba*****. After paying, I was told I had 18 months to use my tickets and that the tickets would be mailed to me in 14 days. I was told the conversation was recorded and served as a receipt and a guarantee a***nst fraud.All Lies, Lies and more lies. I pray the people who did this will not rest easily. Money made dubiously will go away quickly.

Trying to make this short and sweet. I was ****ered into putting a deposit with this company and was told I had to use it by end of 2008. I get a phone call on Jan 5, 2009 only to be told that by Florida law I owed the balance or else. If this were a legimate company then why didn't they call me in Nov or Dec and say sir your Ramada vacation is about to expire, we need to do so****ing now.No they wait until the first business day of 2009 to call me and give me to options, to pay the balance and have a life-time to take the vacation, or default and not only lose the deposit but now have to pay to balance since I was recorded. I was told this was Florida law.

The caller insulted me twice when I asked to have my name removed from their listing. He even responded with a "maybe" when I asked him to please stop calling me. I get at least two calls per day. Most are ****-ups and the others ask for the incorrect name. This is very annoying.

We are on the National Do Not Call list and this number continues to call and call and call!!!  Hmm...isn't there a fine for each infraction of the Do Not Call law.  I could own the cruise line for as many times as they have called and for the multiple times it shows up logged as a call on my computer as an incoming call from BESM.   Maybe a new car and a new home to go along with the cruise line!!!!!
