First his name was Patrick Greene, then he put his attorney on names DAVID COOPER.  First of all these people do not sound like a davis or a patrick.  They called my work, then my home telling me that they would do anything in there power to have me fired.  My fiance grobbed the phone and cussed these guys and ***g up!!  They called 15 times in a row after that.  I told them I would be happy to see them in court because my bank account had no history of this money being deposited, they insisted i try to settle outside of court in the sum of $693.  The only thing that really has me worried is they had the last 4 digits of my social, e-mail and my birthday.  These guys need to be stopped before someone does pay them!!!

I have paid these people $500 and the are still calling me and saying I need to pay them $286. I have ask them for the payday loan company name and they have not given me the name.I have spoken with several different Indian guys: Patrick Johnson very rude guy, a Roger forgot his last name and now a guy call me by the name of Ace at work. I am so glad I look at this website because they have gotten over on me because I just didn't know what to do. I didn't won't them to speak to my supervisor. They will not get another penny from me. I received 12 calls from this number just on May 29, 2009 and they were 5 minutes apart.  They leave threatening messages.  I called the number on the caller ID but that is not their number.  There has to be a way to stop these calls.  The person saids his name is David Cooper and that it is urgent I or my attorney contact them.  This person called months ago and my lawyer and I were on a three way and he finally told us to F off.

I have also been recieving multiple calls, his name is Shawn Kofferd (spelling unsure), he actually left me a voicemail (the 15th call unanswered) screaming at me and telling me he hoped I liked the "big trouble" I was going to be in. Do people not know what jobs are anymore? Who do I report this to?

this number is from a SCAM  they are not legal nor are they in any way able to do anything to you.  Number to call back 954-374-7556  is actually being dailed from 343-729-0397...They are part of the NIGERIAN SCAM  the routing of the call is from out of country.   DO NOT PAY ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE LYING AND CHEATING PEOPLE EVERYWHERE.  THEY GET INFO ON YOU BY HACKING INTO DATA BASES AND USING YOUR INFORMATION TO THREATEN YOU AND GET YOU TO PAY.CALL YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILE A COMPLAINT THEN FILE WITH THE FTCON LINE.  IT TAKES A WHILE BUT THEY WILL BE STOPPED EVEN IF THEY INSIST ON MOVING TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR PHONE NUMBER....

THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED.  THEY CALLED ME WITH THE SAME SCARE TACTICS THAT THE POLICE WAS GONNA COME TO MY JOB OR THE COURT PAPERS WERE GONNA BE FILED AT 4PM OR SO****ING I HAVE CONTACTED THE SECRET SERVICE AND REPORTED...IF YOU LUCK UP 343-729-0397 YOU WILL SEE OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY THESE IDIANS WITH AMERICAN NAMES

I keep getting calls at my job from the same indian man who c****es his name everytime.  This time he told me that my happy days are over and if I didn't contact him today or my attorney then I will be in jail by Monday.  He also stated this is not a scam and if you think it is then call back.

This Frank Williams keeps calling my work number and harassing me. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. I have told him that I am turning him in to the police and the FTC and he just laughs and keeps calling. This scammer needs to be hauled off back to his country and leave us US Citizens alone!!!

I keep receiving calls at work from this number and a gentleman by the name of Bill Smith.  I had taken out a payday loan and then ended up filing bankruptcy.  Ever since telling them that and asking them numerous times it is illegal to call me at work in the New Jersey.  They have threatened to send people to my office, tell my boss what trouble I am in etc...  I have filed complaints with the FTC and the Attorney General's office in NJ.  I have asked Mr. Smith to send me whatever copies of the agreement he has to me and he will not, I have asked them I will try to work on a settlement amount with no luck (keep in mind the loan supposedly was from 2005 and for $300.00).  I have told them I will not agree to anything in writing or verbally until they agree that once this is once proven to be a legitmate debt and papers can be drawn up so I never have to hear from then a***n, when i said that they ***g up on me.  As i am typing this, i just received another phone call from Mr. Smith. I told him I was calling the FTC a***n and that I will call him tonight when i get home and then ***g up.  I have come to the conclusion that you have to be rude to these people and I have even told them I am ****ing up on them and that I am not going to be cursed at and threatened!

I have received calls in the past from this number, the man had an India accent. They call me to collect on money not paid to a pay day loan company that I had paid back 5 yrs ago. When I tried to contact the payday loan company they are not in business. They have my old bank account information, but worse thing is they have my SS# but not my legal name. When I told then I paid this back, they s**** yelling at me and threating with legal action, filing a case on me in my state, and the police will be at my job by tomorrow to arrest me if I do not pay. I have did record the conversations and a friend of mine listened in too. My local police have a report on the harassing calls and my work phone company is tracking all calls from this number. They even have the nerve to call my supervisor at work, but she already knows what's going on and have told them Do not call this number a***n.Is there anything that can be done?????

This is happening to me as well.  They jokes on them though, in 20 days our company will go out of business!! Let them find me then!!! They have pulled the same ****** tricks with me and went to far as to tell my supervisor she was responsible for my debt because I wasnt going to pay it!! They are nuts and need to be put away!!

A gentleman by the name of Stanley called me and other co workers so many times for the past two weeks for a pay day loan that have been paid for at least two years ago.  When I asked him for his company name, attorney name or fax number he would not give it to me.  I had to have my attorney from work to call at get only the fax number I have emailed a contact person from the FBI here in DC about this matter and they are getting flooded with calls about this number.  They are not suppose to call yur job that is harrassment.  I have a written complaint to Rippoff report.com, FTC., Bad Check Res***ution Program in MD, BBB and the FBI.  Enough is enough I paid this debt so stop calling me and others now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They keep calling me at home. I ask for proof of which loan they are trying to collect. They keep telling me it is one of over 200 different companies. I keep telling them that I have paid all monies owed and unless they can prove to me that i haven't i will not give them a dime. They say they are from a law Firm and do not have to follow the FTC guidelines. I do not think that is true. They have also threatened me with legal action. I keep telling them to bring it on. This has been going on for 4 years now and i am still waiting. every few months they call and harrass me and then they go away for a while.

I am so sick of these people calling me. They call every few months claiming to be calling from bogus Legal office threatening me with legal action. I have asked them please stop calling because I know this is a scam and I am not giving them any money. They get really rude when you let them know that you are on to them. I think they keep calling back just to harrass me because I called them out on their little game.

Well they called my place of employment now. And i will not be returning their call. I just wish this would all go away. This people are cons and i wish our gov't would get them. This time they are the Financial Misconduct Division. I wonder what they are the Financial Misconduct Division of. Like i said before, they are saying I received money from a company that I have been told that i know no money too and they also say it was deposited into a closed account. This time it was Ben Williams. This is getting very old.

They have called me repeatedly from this number concerning a payday loan that I never took.  It was supposedly deposited into a bank account at a bank that I have never had an account at.  I told them to go ahead and file charges and I would happily see them in court.  They have called repeatedly "wishing me luck" for not resolving the issue with them.  It is a complete scam - I just wish I could prove it.

received a call from David Cooper and i know it is a scam but will not return his call.  i have given his number months ago to my lawyer for this person had several different names all playing different roles within a so call department (everyone first name began with a B) almost like the Matrix....  They cursed my attorny and me out and stop calling but now have s****ed a***n.  i will report them a***n.

Well....these folks have s****ed to call me a***n.  The same Indian Accent wishing me luck if I did not call them back or send cash out to them!  Are they nuts....this scam is getting old and please..please..please folks do not fall for this!  I informed the person - oh yeah- David Cooper- that I would be calling my attorney and all I can do is "wish him luck" when the authorities come knocking on his door! Be careful out there!

These are probably debt resellers that somehow got a hold of your number. My advise - just ignore or better still block their number.  They will try to hustle money off you.

I REC'D A VMAIL FROM A GENTLEMEN WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT - HE STATED I WOULD NEED TO CALL HIM ASAP IN ORDER TO SETTLE A FINANCIAL MATTER WITH THEIR COMPANY - IF I DID NOT CALL THEY WOULD BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION A***NST ME AND ALL HE WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IS WISH ME LUCK BECAUSE I WOULD BE IMPRISONED .... HMMM ... I DOUBT IT CONSIDER THEY CANNOT VERIFY THE SUPPOSSED DEBT & REFUSE TO TALK TO MY ATTORNEY - IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING

These people have a***n s****ing calling me for money for a payday loan that is with a company that i have been told has been paid in full. I contacted that pay day loan company the last time they tried this and I was told everything was fine. The worst thing of all is they say the money was deposited into an account that was closed 6 weeks prior to when they say the money was deposited. They have threatened me once a***n with legal action. I keep telling me that I can not wait to see them in court. They are calling my place of employment tomorrow but the joke is on them, we are closed for good Friday. I will once a***n report them to the FTC and the Attorney General of FL. This is a con and i am tired of playing.

Someone with a heavy Indian accent using the name Robert Brian called demanding money or there would be legal action a***nst me. When I told them to go on and try that, they called my bosses extension and left the same thretening message for her to give to me. They need to be stopped.
