DO NOT ANSWER ... it is BCC Financial, a debt collector in Fort Lauderdale, FL. No matter how many times I c****e my number, I still get calls from people like this ... it is annoying as*****! My advice is to never answer any telephone number you do not know ... if it is not in your contact list ... don't answer it. It is either a scammer or pain in the**** debt collector looking for who knows who.
