Spammer for sure

Have been getting calls from this number for more than a week--often two or three times a day. What's interesting is that there are two numbers on the caller ID. The top number is 877-518-6694 (where the name should be) and the number underneath on the caller ID is--954-491-9088. They left a message--brief, random noise about 2 seconds long. I don't answer the call. Somebody has too much time on their hands:(

They left me a 'medsage' of only people talking inaudibly in the background.

Who are these people? Why won't they at least leave a voice mail and let me know who they are and give me an idea of what they want? Calling couple times a day, day after day after day.....so I get fed up, give the number a call, and it rings, and rings, and rings with no answer, no voice mail, no nothing....I hope I wake them up when I call them at 2 or 3 in the morning...cause they sure interrupt my sleep!!
