Leave a CommentThis is to inform anyone that may be interested in Health service providers. I use to work there and I know for a fact that this company is full of s**t and they treat there clients /members with complete disregard and ignores clients at times when they call for information on their membership and to cancel. Many of times I've been told bu***hit line to tell clients because they didn't want to deal with them. This is not insurance people, NOT INSURANCE!!!!!!!!! These are not insurance policy's and will not be honored as such. Medical saving memberships is not the same as insurance and anyone who wishes to press charges a***nst this company I will be willing to****ist 100%. Also In my interview I was informed to not have sympathy for the clients when they call to complain. During my employment I was certainly treated terribly. Somebody needs to bring this company down and everyone that works there. Thank Goodness for FREEDOM OF S***CH! People if you are members and cant get in touch with the person you need to speak with, most likely that person is outside smoking a cigarette in a make believe meeting because they are too lazy/ or just don't care too handle the client at that time. There were clients calling 5-10 times a day to speak with someone about their membership or to cancel and was totally given the run around. If you know someone who is a member, just ask them what they think.
Sorry the website ishttp://hspcare.com/First_HSP_Web_Design/index.html
Here is the website that matches the address that their rep gave me.He would not give me a web site but it does look like they have one.THEY ARE NOT HEALTH INSURANCE company. This is what their website clearly states. They rest about a phone call hard sell with no information available on the web or in writing has been their claim for the last 4 phone calls. They just help you negotiate lower medical payments with the doctor/hospital using some place like the Karis Group. They may try to help you get some****istance with your medical bills.Bottom line - DON"T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM. ITS A SCAM!!
I get 7-8 calls per day from this company. If you answer the call, it simply ****s up. You can call back. I tracked it down to Health Services in Pompano Beach, FL.
I have been called from this company for about two weeks now. As with the other comments I thought this was too good to be true. I just dont know where to vette this company out. Any ideas?
He tried me too. Introduced himself as Carlos. Tried to get 190.00, and fed me the story about federal government selling these policies across 10 states on a first come first get basis. Found it hard to believe. When asked for some other tangible information, he became rude and ***ged up on me. Oh, well, just another dude trying to deprive those in need of insurance of their hard earned couple of ***dred. When is the government going to really step in and regulate this industry, ridding of all con artists at the same time?
I agree completely. After looking for an inexpensive plan for health care, I stumbled over this site. No information on deductables could be obtained or verfied on the internet or any type of quote. I figured they would let me know via phone conversation. After the first call the fellow was very invasive, asked me my emplorer and monthly income. I find this to be irrelivant and simly ended the conversation. The Sales fellow called daily, for 2 weeks. After the second week, I went along with it, he appoligzed for his ruedness in our past weeks conversation and simply s****ed into his scripts i'm sure he has set in front of him. He tried to compare my monthly costs for current health care with his low monthly costs. He stated the the company would pay up to 5,000 of any medical emergency which would cover, ambulance or helicopter ride up to 5,000. After the discussion I wanted him to send me a policy agreement with deductables, and ****mums of coverage and exactly what will be or not covered with the percentages on customer pay vs insurance resposibilty along with copays, ect. He stated that information is not available and will I cannot review that information with paying a 200+ initiation fee. After asking what the fee was for, he simply stated his time was not free, along with the paperwork they have to print, ect. Was not professional, did not answer my questions, though the "insurance" was 550 dollars cheaper per month, I did not see the value in the company to persue any further. SCAM, might be a form of basic coverage, that will not cover any medical needs. INGORE or Simply answer the phone and tell the rep you are not interested as you are moving to out of the states.
I received a call from this company after I filled out online forms for health insurance. The man was very nice and not invasive, but the offer sounds too good to be true. The web addresses he gave me did not get me anywhere, either. I can't find any info for the company... Guaranteed Trust Life. I really don't trust them.
I am very skeptical of this company. The representative was extremely rude and failed to answer questions regarding the plan and kept pressuring to buy the plan instead. When I asked whether or not this plan was an insurance or a discount card, he quickly c****ed the subject and continued to hard sell me. If I want a discount card I will go with Ameriplan. This company is unprofessional to say the least, which leads me to the conclusion that it is not a trustworthy ins***ution worthy of my business.
