I want to report this scam and to try to help other victims. The phone number for these place is 954-607-4538 A group has been calling former payday loan applicants advising them that they have defrauded a bank and are now being sued for non-payment of a loan. These people are calling people jobs, cell phone and people listed on references from the payday loan application. They are trying to get people references, family member or you to pay $300- $1000 to keep from going to jail. The callers will claim to be calling on behalf of an attorney's office (name varies), the Dept. of Law and Investigation, ACS, or other similar combinations below: United Legal Processing Division Midline Marketing Crime Monitoring Services Monetary Crime Division U.S. National Bank Attorney General's Office (usually in California) American Legal Services Affidavit Consolidation Services (ACS) You will be threatened with arrest, a costly trial and possibly worse...I have been resear****g this phone number that was given to me to call to handle this "so called law suit" and the phone number given to me was 954-607-4538. When sear****g this number in google I found there are a lot more people affected by this. What happen back in Dec. 2010, I applied for a payday loan. I have been paying on my loan and do not owe any debt to the loan company. Some kind of way this so called American Legal Services or whatever they are called s**** calling me a month later at work and on my cell phone saying I was going to jail due to wire transfers and owed loans...I had no clue what they were talking about. Then they s****ing yelling at me, calling out my social security number, naming family members that they were going to call, and saying they were going to call my boss at work when I told them that I did not owe no money. I then told them someone must have taken my personal information from me applying for a payday loan online. They then ***g up in my face, but before doing so they told me that the cops would be here at my job to pick me up and take me to jail. My employer is looking at me crazy like why are these people calling you everyday....My parenets are afraid for me and my life because they have threatened me and they have all my personal information. _______________________________________________

I DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS THEY CALLED ME AND I WORK FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY NO MINI MIRANDA GIVEN NO MRD, AND THEY SD I WOULD BE ARRESTED..AND ***G UP ON ME WHEN I PRESSED THE ISSUE FOR ANSWERS.
