A man and a woman have called my cell PH number with the allegation that he calls on behalf of the FL Department of Health, I said I was sick in bed and would call them back, they continue to harrass me, I told the man I will never give out my personal information, nothing, ***a.  I will not reply to this number anymore and this is the end of it.To all other people in this situation, this man and this woman are trying to steal your iden***y, if you provide the number of your Social Security or Medicare No.  PLEASE CALL THESE NUMBERSMEDICARE   1800-633-4227FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION  1877-447-8477INSPECTOR GENERAL  1800-447-8477TRANS UNION CREDIT AGENCY  1800-680-7289This way they will freeze your Social Security and place a red flag on your number to avoid fraud and iden***y theft.

I have googled their phone number, looked up info on them and checked through The Florida Health Dept who has told me "There are no on-line phone surveys being done on behalf of The Florida Health Dept."I asked to be removed from their call list and was pressured into telling the man who called where I got my info that their Precision Opinions was a scam. When I told him it came up repeatedly on the web and what The Florida Dept of Health said he****ured me it was not a cam. Do not give out ANY info to ANY ONE you have ANY doubts about.

They call me all the time. I can't even remember when the calls s****ed. I think the ending of last month but I never pick up any number I don't know anyway. Seeing everyone's response on this number makes me glad I have never picked up and will continue not to do so.

This number has called my cell phone a couple times the past few days claiming to be a study on the health of Floridians. Says parti****nts receive $25 for their help.

they claim to be survey for lung cancer i was half asleep they asked if i was over 18 how many people lived in house and how many were men? what the heck! they didnt ask if anyone even smoked great now I have to becareful I don't get robbed!!!!

seems to be a land line in Florida. has dialed my cell phone more than once!

I missed a call from this number and when I tried to call back, there was no answer. It's a land line in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, that's all I know.
