Found you on yelp need a house painted. gave details and tried to set up payment arrangements. tried calling to get a hold of him to speak on actual phone and it is a dead extinction.

Says he's looking for a painter for his new house in Irvine, CA (a house that did sell in May 2022 for 1.3 Million). Said he got my name from Yelp as a reputable painter. Wants to pay half up front by cashier's check. Won't let me go look at the house for an estimate. Checked w/realtor and he is NOT the owner of the house. BEWARE.
