Calls multiple times a day and just says nothing. My phone ID just says, "Colorado." Is that what others are experiencing with this annoying number? Report to the "State Attorney General" at, "303-866-4500.

calling 8 to 10 times a day, when I pick up no answer, if it goes to voice mail, no message, try to call the number back only a busy signal!!!  Who is this person and how can I make him go away!
