This was a blatant "advertising" call. The guy s****ed off saying, "Don't worry I'm not trying to sell you anything so the call isn't in violation of telemarketing rules..." and then goes on to say that he wanted to let me know about Town and Country Market and its services.  This is clearly in violation of the federal and state Do-Not-Call provisions. My telephone number *is* listed at both agencies.  I then told him that he was, indeed, violating the laws and that I would report him if he ever called a***n. He was polite enough to say he was sorry to have bothered me.
