YES, THEY CALLED AND WANTED MY RELOADABLE CREDIT CARD NUMBER.....

I just got a call from a Spanish speaking lady saying my name and number was chosen by to government to get 8400. When I asked her to repeat herself she hung up. SCAM

call saying I qualified for a government grant... not likely

Its a scam dont give them any infomation when they call

A woman with a heavy East Indian accent told me I was qualified for a U.S. Government grant of $8,400. I wouldn't have to pay it back, it was free money. When I said that I wasn't interested and to put my number on the DO NOT CALL list, they hung up on me.

This number call me, and the person told me his name is John with a heavy acent, he said, i was quqlify for a government grant,he wanted to know all my information and my bank account number, i told him i can,t possible give him my information like that, it is very weird, i do not know him, he further insisted , i refused, later, he told me he loves, i said to him, there he goes scamer, u love me, thank you but every body pls be alert, the amount they told was gien to me by the government was 8,400 dollars , so pls readers watch out for this person.

i got a call from this number 2 times today i thought it was my friend josh but when i answered nothing nobody talked to me at all the just hung up and josh would never do that these people suck butt

just called my cell and didnt leave a message and when i called back its a verizon number thats not in service...can we file a complaint with verizon?

A woman with a very heavy Spanish accent , I am in Houston this was no normal Spanish accent , first she pronounced my name so wrong I got past that , she claimed I had a Grant , I said great can I use it to expand my Business then she hung up . Be careful , I gave a stopped , no longer valid Visa Credit card to one group that , like Obama promised everything , a few days later a number of charges showed up on my Good Credit card with a recoding of someone , not me saying yes to all sorts of stupid nonsense , like a pile of Coupon's for $19.99 , I did get my money back but at a loss of how they got my active card except one reputable Company , Walmart where I had bought a Laptop , Walmart was mentioned first and they represented them , all a lie . I am on this useless NO CALL list . Kay Baily Hutchinson some years ago called three times a day and I am a Liberal Democrat , I told them so but this went on for months , who is in charge of the NO CALL list , this is where we Need Water Boarding stating with Kay Baily

Yeah, they just called me with some noise about me having been awarded a $8000 gov. Grant. Awarded to those without a criminal history. I've done almost 15 years in prison. Lol. Gave me an address i never heard of then had the audacity to get an attitude when I started asking for their credentials and hung up on me. Lol

said they were some federal department of some kind when I asked them who they Hung up. I did a reverse lookup and it was Verizon disconnected number or not in service when I called back.

they called me and said they where a federal police officer and said I had charges against me for a online loan I received and they needed my bank account info to look at my transaction. history. BULL ****!!!

Got a phone call from 970-589-4341. I answered and it was a lady named "Angela Brown" who could barely speak english. She wanted to tell me that I had been selected to collect $8400 tax free government money. I asked why and she said because I've never filed bankruptcy. In order for me to receive the money in 45 minutes, I had to give her my checking account information. Needless to say I hung up quickly.

Called a few times now, last call left a 15sec voicemail of background noise, no talking
