I received call 2x in a 4 hour period, the voice message is some static and zero words. I attempted to return dial and the call immediately disconnects without even rea****g a ring tine. I hate this ****, immediately blocked caller.

Apparently it's a sweepstakes contest. They call you, and if you don't answer they leave no message. I called it back and they automatically knew my name and s****ed with a sales pitch of some sort for a dream vacation. I ***g up the phone before she can get any further into the script.

They called my cell phone, I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. How did they get my cell number?????
