Shows up as "Local Call".  From other investigations, Additional Dedtails --- I got this info on the phone number --- Company: LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - COCity: DenverState: CO - COLORADOZip: 80203-1424My past experiences with this company have been extremely odd.  They are supposedly an ISP and also have been attempting to provide cable TV service in Colorado Springs, CO.  They move their office a lot, don't let the public into the office, and when I called them on the phone they provided no information.  They are also called Porch Light Communications. A few months ago they were located in the Northeast corner of the former Chidlaw Building on E. Bijou Street, with their locked doors facing East.

Left no message, but our seperate phone recorder had fax sounds on the line, but no fax was received.

Gto a call at 8 PM. Caller ID says Fort Collins, CO (which happens to be a college town). Probably school kids messing around. I didn't answer the phone, they left no message, but a separate phone recorder that I have hooked up recorded a fax tone, however no fax was received.
