Said they were trying to reach someone and gave my name to my daughter

Didn’t say who they were in message, just said plaintiff to process & facilitate a civil complaint which c****es to responded we got the forms of****et bla bla bla which sounded fake, it was properly worded making zero sense. I’ve had this type before so DO NOT CALL back! It’s a huge scam & I learned the hard way.

Got a message that they needed my employment and bank info. This was in regard to a payday loan from 10 years ago. Called from local number but left a message to call 970 773 7929. Completely bogus. This is a SCAM!

They didn’t say who the were or where they were calling from just said I was going to be served and to call there mediation department back, which I did about 30 times exactly in 30 different personalities.

Tried to verify my social and when I wouldn't, said see you in court

Said it’s a in depth investigation of mediation saying that I was notified

Incoming call from (267) 486-0196 left a voice mail. It was an automated recording saying my last name and I've been named by the plaintiff in a civil suit they need to do employment verification so I can have my attorney or myself give a call back at number (970) 773-7929. This I'd notice ive been served. I called the num left on vm and it rings than goes to what sounds like an old answering ma****e.
