Two calls: 1:11 pm and 2:48 pm, both on 20-Dec-2011. Received robocall from "Rachel at Card Holder Services" saying that there was no problem with my credit card, but they can lower the interest rate to 6.9%. Caller ID is "V12201748470056." I pressed 3 to be removed from their list. If that doesn't work, I'll have to report this to FCC and block the caller.

They keep calling me and leaving their messages

they call me every single day! I think I have probably received 500 calls!! I finally talked to someone there.. umm, very unprofessional and rude by the way. not a true business i am sure! I was transferred from one guy to a diff guy.. i could hear the first one tell the second one they had a discontinue caller on line. the other guy says, "aw man.. i am supposed to be on my lunch break". then they bicker back and forth and i yell,*****OOO... he gets on the phone and i proceed to tell him to never ever call me a***n. He say.. yo, you for real!? I kid you not. this was the conversation! I ***g up and called the FTC. they gave me a ref# and advised me to call the att general for NYS. Helen Ray.. if you come here a***n can you please leave the phone number you called to speak to them?! I am sure it'll help many of us out. Thanks!

Keep getting calls from this number. Sometimes no response and other times it is a recording. No human to ask to stop.

they give no company name - claim to "lower your interest rate". Allude to "account is not behind yet" even though they have NO account in my name. They are calling a pay by the minute company cell phone - when you call back in the hopes of getting them to stop (*** chance) they answer the phone a***n, with no company information given - no expanation of WHY they continue to harass & harangue you with repeated calls - they just tell you to "press 1" which shouldn't get your hopes up - they will just continue to call you anyway and have used a variety of different numbers to call FROM. CROOKS - phishing scam - they need to be prosecuted! Wish I had all the money it's cost me to recieve calls from their slimy @'s. Here's hoping Santa brings them a couple of lit sticks of dynamite for Christmas!

Marketing organization, ****s up on answering ma****es no info left. When you call back all the recording says is marketing organization and "if you don't wish to receive calls enter 1" I did and still am getting calls.

The call I got on this number was from some Credit Card Service company. It s****s with a robocall then aksing you to punch a number to speak with a representative and I did and got this info and told them to stop calling because I was on the do not call list and they still continue to call. It's a scam.
