Got a call from Mary Lee and that just said "Can you please call me at 971-222-3566" and no other message.
Received a v-mail today (17March2010) from Mary Lee. No company name or referral mentioned. After stating my name, the message was:"...I was, uh, told to, call you. Would you please give me a call? My name is Mary Lee at 971-222-3566. Thank you."No courtesy of leaving a company name, no courtesy of a call back.
Received a voice mail from Mary Lee with a message that my boss referred her to me. Her voice mail message did not provide any details nor the company she represented. Decided to call her since my boss quite often refers me to vendors who call him.Mary Lee stated she represented HP and it was soon obvious it was a cold call and very obvious she was reading from a script. I tried to explain to her my company was not an HP shop and that I had local sales contacts within HP who contacted me regularly regarding new offerings and would invite me to sales presentations. She would not take no for an answer and I had to cut her off and thanked her for the call. She turned around, called my boss (who never talked to her nor referred her to me) and left a message with him complaining about my rudeness.
Mary Lee called and got my voice mail, ***g up and called right back. She left a message stating to call her and left no detail as to company name or nature of the call.****ume it's telemarketing folks.
She called me and left a similar voicemail but left a different number -- 541-485-7927 -- to return her call. Her caller id showed 971-222-3566. Didnt bother trying to return her call.
See Mike's comment on Oct. 30 2009Mary Lee is still at it on: 12/10/2009
Just got a voicemail message at my work number from Mary Lee. She just left her number 971-222-3566 and asked me to call her back. Nice try, Mary Lee!
Yep, seems good old Mary Lee is still at it. She said "Hello 'my name'. This is Mary Lee and I was told to call you. If you would please return my call at (971) 222-3566. Thank you."I didn't call her back, but instead came here and found all of you good people. Thanks,Mike
Marilee of this number left me a message stating that "she was told to call me". Did not say who refered her to me. Did not leave company name either nor did she mention the nature of the call. Deleted
Received a voice message from a Mary Lee (hard to hear exact name) saying she was asked to call me. The call came in through my transfer extension which I use to field telemarketers. Assume she is one and deleted the message.
Number was unknown. The woman gave herself away, as she had no idea how to*****ounce the name of the person she was calling for. She was sent to voice mail jail.
V/m message stated the caller, named Mary Lee, was asked to call me and to please return the call. Called back and got voice mail for Mary Lee McGilvrey. Left no message and will not call back.
I received a call from a person named Mary Lee who said she was calling on behalf of her boss Tricia Taylor. Mary Lee stated that she worked for IBM and needed to speak to someone regarding I.T. Storage. After screening the call and getting a return number for her (971-222-3566) and advising her that no one was available to speak with her, she got very indignant with me and cursed me out and then said that she was going to report me! This woman does not work for IBM.
I recieved a voicemail from a Mary Lee asking me to return her call but she gave me a different number than the one used to call me. She had my name and*****unciation correct and talked with an inflection as though she was an old friend. She did not leave a company name or purpose for returning my call. I suspect it was telemarketing.
I received two calls from Marilee at the number listed above. Being the inquisitive person that I am, I called what I guessed was the main # for the organization (971)222-3500. Marilee's voice was on the voice mail for a company called AEG Media. If you look them up on the web they are listed as "Angling Exploration Group"Still have no idea why she called me.
Marilee called for a phone meeting for a vendor. She must be some intermediary for software vendors???
Voice mail said that she was Mary Lee and was asked to call me. Left her number (971) 222-3566 requesting a call back.No further info (like company name or purpose of the call) was available, which is unusual for legitimate business calls.
Caller stated she was Mary Lee from Shred San Diego and she was returning a call from our Vice President. Said she would know what the call was regarding.Call was disconnected from her side.
Marilee left a message with my****istant but would not tell her who she was or what company she was from.
V/m message stated the caller, named Mary Lee, was asked to call me and to please return the call. Beeps in the background probably indicate the call was being recorded.
