Open file on debt

When I attempted to call the number back, I got a recording "The subscriber you are trying to reach is out of the area."

The debt they are claiming to collect is not a valid debt. Further, the individuals making the calls are rather rude and abusive.

This call came in while I was on the other line. I didn't switch over to answer it, but it made a very strange sound as though it connected like a conference call. I thought it was odd because it came up as "Intl. Number" as the name on caller ID, and when I ***g up from my original call, that 971 number was still showing as if the line was open. That really disturbs me!
