This is not consumer cellular, it says it is but it isn't the number that I have for them I called that on accident and my vm c****ed and phone is all hacked, will be reporting this .

There trying to access my cash app account i believe. I know of no one in Oregon

This caller isn't spam it's a wireless network number to speak to a customer service representative and you can also check your usage with them if you have them as your mobile provider
