I'm from Puerto Rico and I also received a call from that number. I called back and got a recorded message"The number you have dialed is non allocated". I think it could be telemarketing but my phone is registered on the Do Not Call registry.

THIS LAW LESS ****O CALLS ME EARLY am ASKING FOR ME BY NAME , TELLING ME I'VE WON $25000 AND AS I IDENTIFY MYSELF HE ****S UP THE PHONE , I CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY , AND GOT THIS RECORDED MESSAGE 'THE NUMBER YOU'VE DIALED IS NON ALOCATED' , SO MUCH FOR THE PRIVACY ACT .!!!?

I also received a call from that number yes****ay at 6:02pm and I didn't answer it. I called back inmediatly and the same messege. I'm in Puerto Rico and my company is T-Mobile.

these people call me and wanted me to identified myself, since I got su****ious that this was a telemarket call they cursed me and **** up.

got this call in the morning but missed it. I dont know any one in that area. glad i checked this number so the next time i see i won't answer

I have Recieved calls from this number multiple times and different times of the day. I never answer and they never leave a message. I have tried to call back but no luck this is getting annoying

I keep getting calls from this number and my cell phone is registered with the National Do-Not-Call registry. An internet search of this number shows that it is being used either for unsolicited telemarketing purposes, or for some other unwanted uses, so the caller is acting illegally for sure.

When I first answer the phone it seem like an automated call saying this was an important call, to press 1, when I did it trasferred my call to some ****** spanish speaking guy who s****ed telling me off and being extremely rude. I ***g up on him and tried calling back and a voice message said it was an unallocated call.

Called and ***g up. When I tried to call back the number, a computer voice message says the number "is unallocated"
