The phone rings - the caller ID shows only an unknown number - If I answer, I hear either nothing on the other end, or I get a recorded message telling me I need to call another number - they talk so fast I can't make out the number.  I have no intention of calling these people - I do not know who they are, or what they want.

caller says please hold for neaint operator,a***n and a***n

i have been getting calls from this number at random timesit is indeed a collection agencythis time it was just now at 820a

I get this call at work almost every day...but when I answer no one is there.

It was a collection agency.

They call and when I answer they **** up. This happens at least 2-3 times a week.

A collection agency is getting sneaky and calling from a cell phone.  Caller ID "Cell Phone TX"
