This number belongs to a coorupt collections company called CRS. they have an 800 number but switch out to try to trick you. Please feel free to call them repeatedly and dont say anything... just like the voicemails they leave on your phone..... I did and enjoyed every minute :)

I get this a few times a day, the message is for 2 seconds and is just background noise. i know its a collector though. last time they entered their # for a call back on the phone
