I get 5 calls a day from this number and they never say anything

I received a call from this number and when I answered ***ody spoke up so I'm not sure what's going on with this number.

Call came to my cell around 1:30 p.m. CT. Woman claims to be from WACA Savings. She is calling because I filled out a survey to win a Wal-Mart gift card. She cannot provide me with the date or time that I took the survey but when I told her that I wasn't interested she said snippily, 'I'm not trying to sell you anything I just need to walk you through the website so that you can receive your $50 Wal-Mart gift card and $10 gas card that you can use anywhere. Can you get to your computer?' When I said, no I am at work and cannot access my personal computer the phone went silent and dead. It is all a scam. No survey was ever completed for anything.

Claims to be named Silva Davis with Waca Savings. Will try and get you to go to some website and claims you took a survey. Rude person.
