Who Called: 844-254-0040 ecloud

This number was discovered on a review of my mother's bank account in Alabama. It claims to be from the First National Bank of Central Texas the company name is8442540040ecloud. I think they somehow got into the account and withdrew $45 to see if they would be caught. Here is the routing #111924685166882. Company ID does not come up anywhere 9000360262. Please check for bank fraud.
