Time warner ****** nozzle, I am on autopay too, been a customer for 3 months, seriously regretting it

I do have Time Warner Cable, but they can't be calling me over a bill; I have them on auto-pay.I don't answer any numbers that I don't recognize; If they want to talk to me, they'll have to leave a message, and I'll decide if it's worth my time to call them back!!

I've been receiving calls from TWC, funny thing is I do not even have service with these idiots nor would I. They claim I have a past due bill. How can you have a past due bill if I don't even have service with TWC?

IT TIME WARNER. THEY CALL N SOMETIMES DONT LEAVE VOICEMAIL AN WHEN THEY DO IT SAYS ITS REGARDING C****ES TO AN ACCOUNT OR SUM SHI# BUT THEN WHEN I'VE ANSWERED THE PHONE THEY JUST STAY QUIET AND DONT SAY NOTHING.

Yep I just missed a payment and it's TWC

automated message the call the office about important information that could affect my services.

It's Time Warner Cable. They left me a voice mail in English saying they had an "important business matter" that would affect my service. Not sure what that means, I've never missed a payment and always pay on time. This month was no different. Been happy with my service, but if I get hassled for advance payments at the end of my service contract I'm going to dump them.

Time Warner wants money

I went to TWC this morning to pay my bill.  While I was there, they asked me if I wanted them to take the payment electronically.  I agreed and they basically got their money immmediately.  3 hours later and they're calling me from the above number and hassling about another payment!  Are you kidding me?  I have only had their service for a month and I'm already thinking about swit****g.  The BS isn't worth it.

Just got a call from this number.It is Time Warner Cable.I guess since I have a Hispanic-soundnig last name, they deemed it appropriate to leave me a voicemail in Spanish, although I do not speak Spanish and have never said I do.The only reason I know it was TWC is because at the very end, "Time Warner Cable" was said in English.Today is 10.23 and I got got an email yes****ay saying my new bill is ready, due on 11.04.Seems they're jumping the gun.I'd usually ignore the voicemail, but I'll be calling them this evening to let them know I do not appreciate them leaving business-related voicemails in a language I do not understand.

Heck they call if you're not even late. I got a call today and my bill isn't due for two more days. Guess they're getting a little desperate.

Confirming that this is Time Warner and they are idiots as they will NEVER leave you a voice mail - after about 20 of these calls over 2 weeks I answered and the call ***g up.Not sure how they are expecting to get paid with such great communications s****s...

Pretty much , if you type down your personal # on the WorldWideWeb you will be getting some kind of annoying calls sooner or later . Remember - it is your own doing for putting it online . This is also how bill collectors find you . They have people working for them - looking for #'s on my****e , yahoo , aol , sing**** , any and everywhere people go to reach out to thier friends , family and others !! Yes the bill collecters pay people like you and me , to do searches for names , even to become friends with the person , so you can obtain the # . A friend of mines , Aunt was working for one of them in Illinios and she quit the job when they asked her to do it . But alot of people will just do it for a paycheck . People be wise , be carefull ! It's Time warner wanting money

972-409-2820 has come up numerous times on my cell phone.  Since my number is a recently provided corporate cell phone for IT on-call purposes, I called back only to discover that the call was about a delinquent cable t.v. bill.  Apparently, the previous owner of my cell number has not been paying his bills.

I get a call from this number constantly too, with no message.
